Thank you Tony for a wonderful family holiday! We were seven adults and four children aged between eleven months and seven years. All good bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. The outdoor patio,gardens and pool were perfect. Table tennis and pool added to the fun. Good restaurants near by. We ordered a fantastic paella from David’s restaurant and they even organised the waiter to carry it round to the villa! So thank you Tony and all your helpers for a special holiday.

We had a fantastic time at Tony's property. It was very well equipped, clean and spacious. The pool was fantastic - the kids spent most of the holiday in there. Tony and his sister were very welcoming and helpful with any queries we had. We had a lovely time at David's restaurant round the corner and would recommend it to any other visitors.

Unfortunately the last few days of our 10 were rainy, and we had to have the heating on too most of our stay. Also the weather made the garden and very cold pool unusable, so it is hard to be as positive as I would like. That said the villa is really spacious, decorated and furnished with all you need except, strangely, saucepans.Little disappointed that on arrival at 10.00 pm we had to phone for keys and someone to meet us, but after that Tony, his sister and the maintenance man were soon there to attend to some small items, although only 2 gas rings worked even at the end of our stay. WiFi was usually consistent with a good connection most times The lemon tree was laden at our time! Useful for drinks! The local spar shop has pretty much all you need, including varied wines,but a trip by taxi to a supermarket around Cala Millor is worthwhile. The large Carrefour is partucularly good for groceries, chilled and frozen. The restaurant Tony is good value, quantity and quality also, mainly Spanish or German customers there, didn't get to try the others Its a 15 minutes walk downhill to a sandy type beach, the nearest areas by the sea are not so good, especially for kids.

From the moment we booked until we returned the owner Tony (and staff) were extremely helpful with all our requests including supplying a wheelchair and building a ramp so that we could access the villa in it. Nothing was too much trouble at all.We were a family of 12 (10 adults 1 child 1 baby).The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean and fully supplied with everything you need. You could not ask for any more.We had so much fun around the pool, family bbqs on the villa verandah and pool/table tennis competitions. There are 2 restaurants nearby - Davids was our favourite and also a hotel that served amazing cocktails.Public transport was situated no more than a minute from the villa so you were able to get to the busier resorts very easy. Taxis were cheap too. There is a local Spar no more than 2 minutes away which sold freshly baked bread every day.The villa is situated in a lovely peaceful area with lovely gardens. The property was well maintained and the staff extremely polite.I would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday. Thank you very much Tony and staff. It was a real pleasure.

It's a well planned and laid out property in a quiet area near to a bus stop , an hotel , two restaurants ( one of which is a very friendly bar )and a shop that sells most things that you'll need . The garden , terrace , covered veranda and pool are excellent . There's enough for a couple of relaxing weeks without a car .

The villa is in a prime location with easy access with or without a car. Everything is there for a great family holiday. It even had a plastic net fence around the pool. We were six adults and four children ranging from two to seven and everyone had a really great time. Tony the owner is great and nothing is too much trouble through the booking process and during our stay. The house is air conditioned which was a god send due to the high temperature outside. If you want a great holiday in Mallorca I would highly recommend you give the property a go. You will not be disappointed.

Toni's place is just perfect to stay at! It has everything you need for a great and relaxing vacation. Great beaches are within convenient reach by car for daytrips to the sea (you will need a car if staying here). Love to come again!

We were a party of 11 people and each and everyone of us was so impressed with the property and all it's amenities. Tony the owner is a lovely man and all his advice was great to enhance your holiday. We would certainly stop again, thanks Tony and all your staff

the property was of a high standard. very clean and well equiped we were a party of 9 adults and 4 children and found the property spacious. this is a well maintained property inside and out, lovely pool and would return again.

A wonderful family experience and holiday. Tony was the perfect host with fantastic ideas re restaurants and things to do. A fantastic spot and house to spend a family vacation.

We spend a wonderful week at this nice villa and its warmly recomended for big famylies. Its very well planned with everything you need. Its also a calm area whit a 5 min walk to supermarkets and resturants. The pictures on this sight dont lye... its simply beutiful:). And our host Tony is some very guy! We (11 pers) have nothing to complain about what so ever:) Tomas whit family.

The villa in Costa de los Pinos is excellent in every respect . The well furnished house is all on one floor , there are ample well appointed bathroom facilities and bedrooms for a family of ten as we were . Tony ,the owner , a charming man , met us and he was very helpful explaining the amenities in both the location and area. The towels were changed midweek and the bins emptied ! There was so much to occupy the grandchildren the pool. table tennis , a pool table and table football as well as the proximity to the beach etc. in easy walking distance . The location itself is ideal it is a quiet established residential area but close to other resort towns ,the beach , excellent restaurants and a very friendly local bar a few metres away ! I should have no hesitation in recommending this holiday home and would not hesitate in re booking for a future family holiday .
