I like the place , the staff very friendly and amazing from the receptionist to everyone else. The only thing they need to work on their English! So we can communicate better! The food amazing the place is great!

Language barrier.

It was a good place. All inclusive was worth it. Kids had a good time too.

The cleaner just came in without knocking. Not so professional. And the entertainment wasn’t great. Expect only local Turkish songs.

Fantastic views and amenities. The food was excellent and the vibe was very relaxing.

There was a language barrier and because of that we were somewhat neglected slightly. For example, no information was given to us about the hours for food, how to book a restaurant and what events are on.

The entire facility was beautiful and one of the main highlights for us was the variety of food in the buffet.

The service from some of the staff was quite slow. We frequently had to call 2-3 times to request items.

It was a good experience for the location and view , safety 100% , clean 100% , atmosphere vibes very good, it is worth to spend 2 days for relaxing inside the resort including breakfast/lunch/dinner 👍🏻. Good for families I saw a lot of kids 😅

We faced delays in check in we came at 1 pm and waited until 4 pm to check in while in the hotel policy it maximum 2 pm !! And after that They gave us a room with two separate beds and attached them together, considering it was a double bed with so bad view that was my biggest issue with the reception ** We faced frequent power outages throughout the region **

The location is great, city center and close to everything. The staff are nice and friendly. The hotel is very beautiful, the beach, the landscaping is breathtaking. They have kids club for family with kids, the food is okey not so tasty but they have different variety of food especially on desert section. You can book spa or water games as extra (too pricy tho). You can take golf car to go around the resort. The DJ by the beach is pretty good.

You don’t get what you pay for it. Do believe the other reviewers talking about how they didn’t get the room they booked. We booked 2 rooms, one for our nanny and the other one for my husband and I with (1 year old child). They were two different rooms in the picture and with different price range, but when we got to the hotel even at 9pm, our room wasn’t ready, and they gave us two standard room. I asked for crib in our room prior to our arrival and it was approved, but when we got to the hotel, neither the room or crib was ready. We got identical room. The next day, after a lot of back and forth with the front desk manager, and explaining how I didn’t book this room (showing him screenshots), they finally moved us to a room somehow close to what I booked originally (yet not the same room). It was a very unpleasant experience especially because the first room was right next to the beach club and the music was way too loud. We couldn’t sleep all night. The cleaning service is terrible, I had to clean the floor by myself just to be able to walk without stepping into litter and hair everywhere. We didn’t have napkin in the room even tho we asked for it every single day. The room smells really bad, we had to open the window even tho it was hot at night, but we couldn’t bear the smell. Front desk staff needs to be a little more caring and listen to you, they ignore you as if you don’t exist. There is no welcoming tour or even explanation in what this resort offer.

The sea was great.

The food and service was average which is so disappointing regarding the price. We payed extra for sea view but the location of the room was in the edge of the hotel, not what we expected as sea view room. We wouldn't have payed extra for this if we knew.

They don’t welcome you right, when we were doing check-in the staff didn’t even give us time to explain anything (example: breakfast time, restaurants available etc) Secondly, the wifi is terrible feels like you are in country side that is abandoned. Lastly, when we checked in the room was not too clean, and when they come everyday to clean they don’t change the towels and I had to complain every time!! (Which is something I should not do when I’m in a 5 stars hotel 😄)

Great place for one to spend his invaluable free time. Cleanness is at high levels all around the hotel. From the front entrance of the building up until the point where you touch the cristal clear water. Staff is friendly and highly professional. After a few visits to the restaurant most of the waiters have already knew what my favourite one is and did not stop to offer. What is more, the hotel manager have been circulating all around the hotel seeking for the guests’ feedback and recommendations. An other example of going the extra mile is when I asked for olives at the entertainment venue. It was not a snack but the manager make it possible for me to have a nice glass of delicious ones. And finally, I have not a single hesitation that I have chosen to book this hotel for my week in Bodrum.

If you're looking for honest advice, steer clear of this supposed five-star hotel which in reality only lives up to two stars at best! During my stay in Bodrum, I moved between four different hotels and this was by far the worst, and here are the reasons why: Firstly, the lack of management is evident in the complete lack of supervision over the staff, the lack of accountability, and the absence of concern for the guest experience. Secondly, there is a complete disregard for maintenance. I experienced a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, a broken telephone, a clogged drainage pipe in the bathroom that caused water to leak into the room, and no response from hotel staff whatsoever. Thirdly, the level of cleanliness is significantly below par. Lastly, the service provided by the staff is extremely unprofessional, particularly the receptionists who were annoying and showed no concern for the guests at all. Despite trying to contact the duty manager on multiple occasions, I was informed that they were unavailable, with no attempt to listen or show any interest in addressing my concerns.

Great location near city center,staff were helpful ,polite and speaks very good English.Very nice and clean front beach.food variety was great and tasty in both restaurants main and snacks.It's highly recommended for travelers to stay at this hotel.

Every thing were great.

Mirada is absolutely wonderful. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation by the ocean. There is plenty to do at the hotel from spa facilities to water sports to tea hour ect. The rooms and facilities are all very modern, clean and stylish. The food is delicious and abundant. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Nothing you ask for is too much of a hassle. The live entertainment in the evenings is always classy and fun. There is really nothing much to complain about.
