Interior very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and small appliances. Only 1 breakfast cooked but big kitchen. Lovely bed linens and all had great rest on beds. Did not use jet tub in master as no time, but looked lovely and clean. Very quiet residential area and beyond beautiful views everywhere. Easy walking area. County beach less than mile absolutely gorgeous .

I chose this location as family wedding at Crockett lake, several family events and wanted to be close to relatives for family gatherings and activities. 3 new night stay. I am requesting REFUND for first night. I would only recommend this location for long-term stays. No instructions for anything so make sure phones charged to stay on line to management Don’t plan on walking through door to go to bathroom as very difficult to get in. Could not get into home with 10 digit code. We have digital key pad at our house and no issues. On phone multiple times with people to discuss. Finally code for lock box to get key. All said must battery’s must be dead. Next day lock person said working fine. What no one told us in any conversations was after 3 attempts of 10 digit code lock out. Why why this was not told initially no idea. Dealing with this over 3 hours phones, texting etc. Missed family gathering. Very hot- no ac. Knew this And all windows, doors open for to catch breeze. Found some tall tower fans and finally figured out and got going also another big one helped. Difficult to hook up internet and get tv streaming. Again on phone for help. Finally left to go to town for dinner and came back 2 hours later. ELECTRICITY NOW OFF. Unbelievable. 10:00 pm , dark. Nothing left to do—found bed and went to sleep . Came back on during middle of night . Stayed in many vacation homes, but wasting time like this just not my gig. Rest of trip pleasant.
