Medewerkers waren ongeïnteresseerd Ontbijt werd om 9:35 al opgeruimd, zonder overleg terwijl wij er nog zaten (ontbijt is tot 10:00) Beddengoed ruikt niet fris, kussens erg muf In het weekend is het 1 groot kinderparadijs, zwembad is vol en druk. Erg onrustig bij het ontbijt. Het is erg gehorig op de kamers, tv is duidelijk hoorbaar als die aan aanstaat bij de buren. Na het weekend was het hotel vrij leeg, toch hadden ze de aanwezigen gasten in de kamers naast elkaar gezet. We sliepen aan voorkant van het gebouw, hier hoor je heel erg het geluid/gebrom van de machines (airco?). Bij het uitchecken werd er niet gevraagd hoe we het hebben gehad. Jammer!

Our door lock broke and we couldn’t get into our room for almost two hours. Not the hotels fault as things do happen, but we were literally in our room just to drop our stuff off and then headed to the pool. We were stuck in our bathing suits with no change of clothes or any of our belongings. We were provided with another room, but being stuck in a cold wet bathing suit was not enjoyable and I didn’t feel the staff were as concerned as they should have been. The maintenance manager was the only one the showed any concern/sense of urgency. The pool never had towels and I constantly had to ask the front desk.

Pésimo servicio, tienen la idea de no hacerle la limpieza de la habitacion, siendo un hotel se comporta como "airbnb" el desayuno con alimentos preparados y limpieza qué deja mucho que desear... el personal esta poco preparado y sin capacitación, para querer ser un resort de nieve, le falta mucho mas que las vistas espectaculares y la nieve.

The restaurant should stay open longer or at least update staff when it closes early. Wanted dinner they closed hour before what front desk told us.

All new facility. Nice rooms, great price, friendly staff, great breakfast, nice pool, outdoor hot tub, and exercise facility.

Refrigerator was shut off and very smelly.

A little pricey for our 2 night stay. Second morning the free breakfast was still being set up at the time most guests were looking for something to eat. I’m guessing they were short staffed or something.

The location was pretty good and the room was nice along with bed was comfortable

I wasn’t happy that breakfast was not set up in time for my daughter and I to eat. It was the bring your friend shopping weekend and we needed to be at Settlers Green early which made my daughter jittery at the event because she didn’t eat.

The hotel was ideally located for onward travel Across the US, the room was comfortable.

The disposable Crockery & cutlery at breakfast, was very disappointing. No visible recycling options either. I understand this is quite common across hotels, but, I really feel a very well known chain hotel such as the Marriott, should really be striving for more sustainable practices.

Modernes Hotel in ruhiger Lage etwas außerhalb von North Conway; komfortable Zimmer (mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, etc.) sowie gute Betten; kostenfreie Parkplätze; vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet im Preis inbegriffen.

Aufpreis für "Zimmer mit Bergblick" nicht gerechtfertigt, da mehr Straße als Berg zu sehen war - somit enttäuschend; keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung wie angegeben; teilweise unfreundliches bzw. unmotiviert wirkendes Personal.

The property was neat and clean. Staff were friendly. Rooms were very clean. Beds were not very comfortable. They were a bit lumpy. Breakfast was very good and area was clean. I would stay here again. New ski area construction next door.

New property. Everything is new. That’s nice. The staff is generally nice and accommodating. Convenient local trail network.

The pillows are atrocious. The breakfast buffet staggers out late and is really mediocre. The location is just ok—unless it’s ski season. The Wi-Fi is buggy and potentially insecure. The whole key to turn on your power stinks. The maid took one of my keys so I had one left and had to shut off the power every time I left the room.

Convenient location.

Issue with internet was addressed with management but not resolved during our stay.

So beautiful! Comfortable beds. Outside hot tub. Indoor pool. 2 fire pits. Complimentary s'mores. At the base of the mountain.
