Excellent location! Few mins walk into town , very warm , well equipped , and free parking in front .

Toilet seats needs fixing on wobbly , other than that no complaints😊

Spacious and clean accommodation, good location

No hot water so couldn't have a shower in the morning 😫 we let the host know and he said he would sort this out later, but not before we had to leave. As we were only staying a night and had a family event the next day, we really needed showers in the morning but there was no hot water or heating. I text the host but he hasn't replied which was disappointing. It tainted our stay and I wouldn't return.

Damp on the walls in every room Fixtures need repairing - toilet tricky to flush and toilet seat loose. Bath Taps and cupboard doors also loose No bedding in the main bedroom

Great central location, lovely presented cottage, comfortable beds and well equipped

Toilet seats loose in both bathrooms, when other taps or toilet flushing is used it staves the showers of water to the point that both showers couldn’t be used at the same time (we were a group of golfers)

Location was perfect for work, facilities were OK,

The broken boiler meant we didn't have heating or hot water, reading previous reviews the landlord has been aware of this problem a few months back and nothing has been done to fix the problem. The landlord was called and messaged several times but were ignored, only when Booking.com Customer Services contacted them did they get in touch. No plumber was called only a friend who came round and said a plumber needs to be called, Spoilt the stay which is a shame as would have booked again has this matter been dealt with and resolved.

Beautiful property, great location

The boiler stopped working on our final morning so we were unable to shower. I contacted the owner but heard nothing back. Whilst the owner may not have got the message ahead of check out time, I think its reasonable to expect to receive a response back and an apology at least for the inconvenience (not a minor inconvenience when there is no hot water!)
