No ice bucket-had to travel to another floor and down a long hall to het ice.

The location was perfect and the facilities were nice. The staff was very pleasant and the room was just as advertised. The view was beautiful too! The space was perfect for staying and getting to Navajo for skiing and snowboarding was great!

When we arrived in the room, there was an odor of fish that we were not able to get rid of. We had to open the window in the freezing weather to be able to stand the smell. It got better with the window open, but we could not find the source. Also, there were only 2 towels in the room and that was not enough for us and we were not able to get more.

Amazing location just steps from the Navajo lift and main lodge (hot tub, pool, bar). Private underground parking. Great room! Park the car and enjoy your vacation!

Room appeared to be recently remodeled. It appeared to be freshly painted and was very clean. It had a fun theme and comfortable bed. Was nice that the kitchen had a portable cooktop as we ended up getting stuck in the room due to a winter storm warning where none of the restaurants opened, luckily Apple Annie's was open and we were able to get some food. We tried the food at the lodge and it was ok, just wanted something smaller. The gal working as a Birista in the coffee shop was awesome along with the guys shoveling the walks. Felt bad for them as they would just get done and here came the snow off the roof. This happened over and over but they kept at it. All the staff was friendly and ready to help.

Would have been nice to have some soft tissues in the room as the toilet paper was very thin and scratchy. I got a really bad cold on day one and after two days using the rough toilet paper, my nose was very sore. Also requested extra towels and wash clothes and got a response stating there would be enough for us prior to our stay. Got to the room in which we were staying 4 nights and there was only one of each for two people. After two days, we called and requested more towels and washcloths since our room was not being serviced daily and they promptly brought them to us.

pillows were too puffy, and even though heater/fireplace were off it still radiated too much heat
