The space would be a good place for a small family to hang out and play pool.

Bugs. Bugs. Bugs. Cobwebs. Centipede. Four frogs IN the house. The surfaces were dirty. We swept and cleaned for two hours when we arrived. We immediately contacted the home contact and the property manager that we booked through and never got anything resolved. We had to cancel our trip because there were just too many bugs (dead and alive), spiders and frogs to ever relax. The yard had overgrown weeds too. If you decide to go, bring your own folding chair if you want to sit outside since there is no outdoor furniture.

We liked that there was a/c, even though the game room beds didn't get any of the cool air, we had to go buy a fan to sleep comfortably. The kiddos enjoyed pool table leveled out by a butter knife

This place is very dirty, run down, some furniture was unsafe, found screws, bugs, pet hair, and cobwebs all over the inside. There was a door that whoever stayed upstairs could come into our living area. We didn't feel comfortable cooking here because it was just gross., which this was our whole reasoning for getting an air bnb... for the kitchen. Weeds all over the yard, the patio was full of debris. We had to clean before we could use anything. The 'owners' were blasting music at 6 in the morning. Bugs in cabinets, and barely enough toilet paper, dish soap and wifi wasn't as directions said.
