The ladies at reception and behind the bar were lovely.

The room was dirty and it felt like I was sleeping in someone’s garage. There was a hob with a sign on it saying out of order. We made use of the toaster, kettle and fridge. It was quite noisy although not from the bar just noises from the apartment above and outside. We ate at the restaurant and my steak was awful just loads of fat which I couldn’t eat and left on the side of my plate. I did tell the assistant and she said she would tell them in the kitchen. Great but that didn’t help me much still cost me 44 dollars for a meal I couldn’t eat.

DJ trans music noice on the Friday night didn’t finish until midnight and we couldn’t relax or sleep it was so loud.

Access to the marina and beach were within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom needs to be updated. Being located next to the pub meant loud DJ music was playing until midnight. Which meant no sleep, not ideal for a young family.

Firstly the location of the hotel is absolutely wonderful. Great scenery and a lovely beach at walking distance. Management are friendly and communication was highly appreciated. The hotel room was comfortable and had all the facilities required.

The weather was crap on the day we arrived.

Love Mallacoota and this was a great location.

Que para el desayuno de 4 personas nos dieran 2 cajas con unos sobres de cereales, un zumo y algo de fruta en almíbar...Esperaba un desayuno caliente.

Great location in the centre of town, older hotel but the rooms were clean and roomy.

All was good.

We booked this for one night only but the rain was relentless and this resulted in a mudslide closing the only road in and out of Mallacoota . We were so impressed with the friendliness and the can do attitude of this place. Jenny, the manager who looked after us was exceptional and gave us priority as guests for the room which was only booked for one night but them extended it over 3 days. Can’t thank her enough . The customer service lesson needs to be learnt from her and the whole hotel team. Thank you Jenny, I promise we will be back in better circumstances as promised to you.

Nice location, nice pub, nice staff.

A large hotel motel located in the heart of beautiful Mallacoota. Close to everything including some great cafes, restaurant, supermarket and bakery. The publican and staff were just great. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent too. The rooms are large and well appointed. There is a great swimming pool as well.

The property is being upgraded progressively by its new owners. The room I stayed was comfortable, but in need of such an upgrade.

Really good location right in the heart of the town and minutes walk to the sea. Free parking and free breakfast box which was a bonus. Nice comfy bed

WiFi was non exsistant on our room but worked OK outside, a bit inconvenient.

Room was somewhat outdated, but they tried to make their best of it with some cute details. WiFi was on point, which was a necessity as we did not have any dataservice in Mallacoota. Convenient location for a visit to the Croajingolong National Park. Also liked the little seating area outside/ on the patio.

Bathroom was not the cleanest.

Was very clean and the breakfast pack was really awesome.

We booked a family room to accommodate 5, however when we arrived it only had room for 3 of us. The staff were able to bring in a rollaway bed and we used the couch to sleep on. Not perfect, but for one night it was fine.

Accommodation overpriced, staff weren't very friendly and the food was poor.

Location. The area is beautiful While the rooms were older, they made every effort to make them comfortable and provided us a breakfast pack and proper coffee, which was a nice touch.
