Nice, clean room. Temperature was comfortable for sleeping (68 F). Mini-fridge was turned on and cool. Parking spot available in the house driveway. Code to open the door was sent well in advance. Wi-Fi worked. I'm a repeat customer -- this is my second overnight stay.

Bathroom shared with 3 other resident rooms (but I knew that from my previous stay). The description should state that more clearly.

The staff was extremely friendly, the facility was clean and comfortable.

There was a scented plug in if you are sensitive to scents.

We were not told of a breakfast option, but that is OK because we like to seek out our own meals for the most part.

The mattress was not the best for us , but nothing critical. Our neighbor in the next room played his music a little loud one evening till about 11 pm, but we made it through.

Loud music No tour of the property I didn't know where the bathroom was so I had to go elsewhere. There wasn't anything in the description saying multiple men would be inside the house. The room right next to me I could hear every footstep

when a room is advertised as room with shower did not expect the house to be a 4 bdrm, 1.5 bath house with the only shower shared by 4-5 people house was clean for most part and hallway and shower creaked-made noise Common refrigerator was full - no individual shelf the area is not known as a safe place by locals when I explained where I was staying. I should have researched that other people were respectful and quiet, so that was a positive

I extended my stay here and she took my 200 dollars payment then told me later on that night I wouldn’t be able to stay Sunday and refunded me back Sunday but not Saturday after I told her I would just check out Saturday’s because I didn’t plan on leaving Sunday after I payed for those nights then proceed to say because it’s less than 24 hours you can’t get refunded and that I notified her less than 24 hours that I didn’t want to stay Saturday as well ., but you didn’t even tell me Sunday wasn’t available before you took my payment . then threw a jab at me saying im dragging it because I don’t have a place to stay Sunday that was low . Your in the wrong business and you don’t treat guest like that . House was hot as hell , whoever else was staying there kept knocking on my door in the middle of the night . Don’t recommend .
