We had the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place for 3 nights. I loved everything about this apartment: it was cozy, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The view is absolutely gorgeous 😍, not just from the huge terrace but also from the kitchen and bathroom! We spent our evenings on the terrace, enjoying a nice glass of wine or beer. The apartment is located in the charming town of Lierna, which has a lovely beach and restaurants. It's only a 10-minute train ride to Varenna, making it easy to explore other villages on Lake Como. Debora is wonderful, as communication with her was effortless. It felt like I was staying at a friend's house. Highly recommended! ❤️

A wonderful view of Lake Como and ease of getting around. Debora was extremely helpful throughout our visit. Lierna in general has fewer of the enormous crowds you find in some of the larger towns in the region. Access to Milan by car or rail is very easy.

Nothing about the property but it was sometimes difficult to figure out the ferry schedules.

The property is located 300 feet above Lake Como in the charming town of Lierna. The balcony apartment was immaculately clean and well kept by Debra who owns the home and two rental apartments with her family. Our host was friendly and very helpful in guiding us concerning places to visit and dine. Views of the lake are stunning and we were made to feel at home.

We spent a bit more than we usually do to stay here and we can say without a doubt that it was worth every single penny. The view was incredible, like living in a postcard. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly helpful. I can not recommend this place enough. It has definitely been the best place we have stayed in our entire lives and we mean that honestly.

The only thing was minor and that was the WiFi didn't extend all the way through the property but that wasn't an issue :) easily fixed with a WiFi extender!

Very clean flat; very good beds; wonderful balcony with an amazing view over the lake of Como. Deborah is a very lovely, friendly and helpful hostess. We had a great stay!

can’t say enough good things about this apartment and Deborah, the owner. The apartment and view were outstanding!! I feel in love with Lake Como because of the balcony view apartment, the name says it all!!

wonderfully welcoming and accommodating host, great view of the lake, very clean and comfortable apartment, good location with easy access to cities like Bergamo or Milan

for a longer stay, week or more, washing machine would be nice to have in the apartment but that is not really a negative rather a tip to improve it
