The condo was as advertised. Plenty of room, well appointed, and clean. We enjoyed not being in the middle of town but only a short shuttle ride to get there. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing.

This home was the perfect location for our long weekend ski trip. Proximity to the mountain was very convenient. The accommodations left nothing to be desired and the owner was extremely helpful; ensuring that we had the perfect trip. We will absolutely be coming back in the future!

Our group of friends loved our stay in this apartment.
It is way more spacious than what you see on the pictures. The free bus to Breck resort is a quick and easy ride with your gear, and you can easily walk into town to grab a bite at night.
The hot tub with mountain views is a great plus after a long day of skiing.
Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved the property and location to Breckenridge. It’s located on the edge of town on a private road with little traffic, and we were able to walk to town instead of paying to park We could hear the river located across the street which was very relaxing . We enjoyed the hot tub every night. Overall the hosts amazing and we would love to stay here again. We’ve stayed in Breckenridge many times over the past several years and this was our favorite place and location so far! Thank you Stacy!!

The location is really great. Very short walk to Main Street in Breck and very close to shuttle to get to ski lifts. The house had everything we needed. The hot tub fantastic and the deck had a great view of the slopes. Loved the location and our families had a great stay at this location.

Stacey was an exceptional host. She allowed us early check in and late check out as the condo had availability to allow this at the time we rented. This was fabulous! The townhome is in a wonderful location, 3 min walk to shuttle which comes promptly every 11 minutes. Her townhome was exceptionally clean, well stocked, she goes above and beyond. There’s even a frozen margarita maker and several coffee makers. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds were comfy & clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. There’s a two car garage, laundry, lots of seating for a large group, but my favorite parts were the views sitting from the very clean hot tub on her deck! Thank you, Stacey!

Went on a ski trip with some close friends. Had the best time. Right near town and free shuttle right next to house! Everything was perfect. No issues! Will visit again and again! 5 STARS!

This was honestly the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in. Plenty of space, very well appointed kitchen, quality linens and very comfortable beds. Lots of extras available in case you forgot something or couldn’t make it to the store right away. Wold not hesitate to recommend this listing to family groups with kids and teens.

Our two families (3 + 4 adults) stayed at Warriors Mark for a 6 night Breckenridge ski trip in March 2021. The place was everything we hoped for. Big and open yet cozy living room and kitchen, nice bathrooms, and a 6 person hot tub on the elevated deck just outside the living room. The views from the deck were great, looking toward peaks 10 and 9. Also they had a Weber grill all set for use. The host Stacy was very communicative and her messages were all clear and informative about where everything was and how to run things. Plus, the kitchen was well stocked and the pantry had many essentials like cooking oil, spices, and the like. That was very appreciated! Bedrooms were fine except the top bunk bed was unusable due to the ceiling fan. We were able to park our cars no prob in the 1st floor garage, and we used the garage to store our skis. A city bus (gray south bus) picks up a few hundred yards away and goes to the Beaver lift at peak 9 base, which is only a couple stops away (5 min), for free. Crazy convenient! We used the bus each day to go to and from the ski area. The combination of privacy, convenience, and amenities must be hard to beat. We will like to stay there again for our next ski trip to Breck!

Great location, Great Place
This was a great condo we stayed it. Will definitely look at booking it for the future. Short walk to the bus route. Great location and view of mountain. The condo had plenty of room and a huge garage for storage. Hot tub was an amazing touch! 10/10, would recommend

This property was described accurately so no surprises upon check in. The large open kitchen, dining, and living room area was a great spot to gather, play games, and spend time as a family. Views were incredible, especially from the hot tub which we used most days after skiing or snowshoeing. The owner was extremely easy to work with and get ahold of and was full of local information for our stay. Downtown is around the corner and an easy walk for shopping and dining if you wish to stretch your legs. We hope to come back!

Beautiful home with gorgeous views
We absolutely loved our Thanksgiving getaway. The home was just as described and the amenities met our every need. In fact, it was so well stocked that I felt like I was at home. The owner was very gracious and friendly, as well.
My family especially enjoyed the games choices and spent hours playing together. The trip to Colorado was exactly what we needed!

Enjoyable Stay!
Great location, nice walking trail to town, quiet neighborhood, house is very cozy with a nice size deck with beautiful views of the mountains and a wonderful hot tub. Communication was excellent.

Beautiful, relaxing mountain retreat - Yet, close enough to the action in Breckenridge!
Highly recommend! My husband and I along with our teenage son and his two friends spent several nights and were more than happy we chose Warrior’s Mark! As stated in previous reviews, the pictures do not do justice for this beautiful townhome! The main floor is larger than appears in the pictures and is open concept to the dining and family room. It’s a two-story where the two guest rooms and guest bathroom are down the hall from the master bedroom with a pretty en-suite. There’s separation there, but not too much if have small children or family/friends. The kitchen is gorgeous where we enjoyed breakfasts and made our picnic lunches for the day. My husband enjoyed cooking a perfect, pork tenderloin on the fabulous grill, and all of us loved the hot tub! The owners have supplied more “extras” than any other rental where we’ve stayed. They have a well-stocked pantry, cleaning supplies, toiletries, plenty of bath towels, beach towels, etc. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Breckenridge stay
My husband and I have been coming to Colorado for the better part of 10 years now and this was our favorite place to stay yet. The location was perfect- plenty of privacy yet very close to town, the townhouse was clean and inviting, and Stacy was great! My favorite thing about the townhouse was cooking in the beautiful kitchen and listening to the river while laying in bed at night. 5 stars!

This is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view, very close to town but away from the noise & hustle. Stacy has thought of every detail & added a lot of perks that you rarely get in home rentals. We really enjoyed our time here & feel so blessed to have found it!
