Comfortable beds, clean room.
Pricey, was over charged but front desk was able to refund extra balance over the phone once posted.

We loved the location because it was easy for us to reach the strip within minutes. We also loved the size of the room; it is very spacious.
Everything was great until we took a shower. The water left a greasy residue on our skin. When we asked to speak with a manager, he informed us that they were not aware of any issue with their water and that they would take a look. He also told us that they add softener to their water because the water in Vegas is hard due to a high mineral content. He explained that this may be the reason why our skin felt that way. Our skin remained uncomfortable for 2 days. I did not appreciate the lack of support or attention to our concerns, and I would have appreciated it if they were more attentive to their customers' concerns.

New and modern-simple interior design, I really liked it. Everything felt clean and well kept. Enjoyed the quiet room and the very comfortable bed during my stop-over stay.
Kinda far off everything, namely the Strip. Walkable, but it's not a nice walk.
Breakfast very extremely poor, I felt like it wasn't worth $16.

DO NOT BOOK!!
Impossible to get ahold of the hotel- number listed on Booking.com is wrong, and the one on Google is not a valid number, call doesn't go through. I had to cancel my reservation and tried to notify them and get a credit but couldn't even get ahold of anyone to talk to. Hilton general customer service said to contact hotel directly, no help at all.

Staff gave us a large room for us and our children. The pool was perfect for young kids who had just been in the car for 8 hours. My husband and I couldn't get a rideshare back to the hotel from the strip because it was a super busy night so we walked back to the hotel. Not ideal but doable in a pinch!
The staff had a little trouble finding our reservation. It wasn't entirely their fault though because I booked though Booking.com and when we asked to use my moms Hilton rewards the name on the reservation was changed to my moms name.

Secure parking structure located close to the rooms, clean rooms with the best AC with temperature control in the room. Shower was great too. Unlimited hot water oh and the complimentary coffee was dark, rich and they had the right creamer.

I dont like is the parking.. really .. 10 dollars plus the continental breakfast isnt free. I will rather go somewhere hotel rather than staying at hilton:

I thought it was a little far away from the strip and not in the best location. Lots of construction nearby and dirty streets.

Close enough to walk into the Strip, so no issues there. Very clean & quiet.
The breakfast is terrible. Please go elsewhere.

Lovely rooms which were spotless and stocked with lots of helpful extras. Extremely friendly staff and the manager in particular was so welcoming to us, he even provided us with drinks vouchers. Location was central but just over a 20 minute walk from the main strip.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and good use of furniture/layout. I liked that they checked in by text to make sure everything was okay.
The price could have been better, we spent only 6.5 hours in the room for our layover. The beds made noise when you shifted, they need some WD-40 or something.
