The mobile-homes are on a perfect location. We loved all the beaches and places inside the camp. Lots of trees, beautiful beaches, nice clean see. The restaurants were pretty good, there is oven backed pizza, many seefood dishes etc. There is a nice grocery store and cafee as well, so everything is perfect for a family holiday.

There was a terrible disco-bar outside of the camping, just near the entrance. It was giving terrible noise every night until 2-3am, so it was a bit hard to sleep at night. I think you can hear that everywhere in the camping, maybe on the far ends not, but you can definitely hear it at the mobile-homes :(. It is hard to understand how they can let this go on, because inside the camping there are mostly families with children, older people, etc. It would be nice to have some restriction to this.

Liked being in the forest with wildlife and by the sea nice to sit outside. Good for young families.

Nothing about property apart from no kettle however it was a bit too far from main part for husband who is disabled unfortunately for us we won't book because of this he struggled when we took suitcases down there however I asked the reception if we could get them picked up and was happy they could.

We liked the fact that this is a camp. Everything is made for families to enjoy. Everything is made for children, from toddlers to teenagers. Beaches are beautiful, clean. Water is cristal clear. There are lots of little fishes swimming around. Everything is alive. Beaches are rocky so buy yourself a pair of rubber swim shoes and also for the children. Few meters is rocky then its pure sand. :) Also beaches are not deep. You need to walk 50+ meters to get to the deep water. So again ideal for children. Oh and there is no need to leave the camp. You have restaurants, diver center, bike rentals, boat rentals, barbeque zone, everything you need or can come to your mind to enjoy your holiday. I would recommend it to people with children, but not for two or three friends to come together on a vacation. We will definitely be coming back next year! 😉

The air-conditioning was not working properly all the time. It would switch on randomly and switch off randomly as well. If you have small children who are going to bed earlier you need to shut everything and turn the aircon in order to get some sleep without any noise. Since it is a neighborhood some people will be talking, drinking wine, some children will be playing outside, so you need the aircon. Also, the porch outside needs to have a door. If you have a child who just started walking it is pretty stressful constantly watching out if it is going to fall from the porch or not (since the porch is elevated (3 steps). And if you are not speaking german be advised since everything is made for them. From outdoor activities to the TV channels themselves.

The campsite area is a place worth to stay, not a lot of people on beaches around peninsula and this nice smell of pine trees.

Long queues at the reception to check in and limited capabilities to leave the campsite by car when heavy traffic jams in Medulin. Very weak WIFI.

Location

Crowded, at times felt like wild west. Driving in each possible directions, parking as you wish. Some might like this but we needed to adapt to this "chaotic" structure. We stayed in a bungalow which is a bit outdated (not bad) however when we arrived we had to desinfect, ventilate and refresh because we had the feeling no one stayed there for long time. Location between beautiful pine trees compasates to comfort. We did not use local beaches because we were not fan of sandy beach. We travelled to Kamenjak and other surrounding islands and beaches. Kids loved it though. Bungalows provide tou with enough privacy and there is space around the house.

Beach location camp grounds. We booked a mobile home and loved it. All the watersports and everything is walking distance if you don’t want to drive around. Pet friendly.

Only small complaint was the free wifi was spotty but my kids survived and you don’t need wifi in the water.

Because of Covid many areas of the resort were not open. What we did have we enjoyed. The grounds, maintenance and chalet were spotlessly clean. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The town of Medulin charming but again so much of it was closed. We felt for them. We will be back and have joined their loyalty programme. We took our dog and he loved it.

There were just a few things missing, nothing serious. If you like a cup of tea or coffee in the morning take your son small traveling kettle. They only provide the coffee press type. Also there could be a few hooks in the cabin to hand stuff on. It would make life a little easier as the units although adequate are not huge. Apart from that, have a great time. Plea try to see and Pula and the Ampitheatre are only 30 minutes away
