Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, the lady in reception and a lady that worked in the restaurant area I think she was called Arlene, they where both particularly accommodating. Also a full vegan menu which is great to see! Tried a few things on it the first night of our stay and it was lovely!

The room was incredibly warm at all times of the day and even worse at night, the windows don't open much (like most hotels) so we had a fan on constantly but it didn't seem to do much. Also there was some really noisey hotel guests at night.. again not the hotels fault.

Availability of Accessible room with wet-room type shower facility. I don't remember whether I had actually specified that when booking, but by luck I was allocated such a room. Having been hobbling around on a broken knee for 2 1/2 years while the NHS decides what to do about it, it was a much appreciated touch. Dining area comfortable.

Some of the breakfast menu options ran out rather early (mushrooms, bacon) and staff a little slow at recognising this situation

Good location for trips around, not far from the town center. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large. Restaurant with bar in the hotel. Free parking.

The dungeon (i.e. room without windows) was not a really pleasant suprise. Room spacious, but not very cosy, the cleanliness might be improved too. The food was let's say average, some stuff was really basic, dirty dishes, the waiters should improve a bit.

It was in a good location. Breakfast was great. It was just what we needed for our trip.

Spotless room , the window was small with no view but we weren't in the room much anyway .Lovely staff and good quality food. Would definitely stay again .

The staff were very helpful, friendly and very efficient. One member of staff in particular, whose name was Charlie, worked very hard to ensure that your food was enjoyable and that your stay had been good. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The outside of the building did not convey how attractive the inside of the building was and had been refurbished to a really good standard.

Convenient - within walking distance of centre. Very comfortable room in newer part of hotel. Breakfasts very substantial and evening meal good, with plenty of selection. Friendly staff.

N/A but more staff should be employed. Staff during breakfast kept very busy and had to answer calls re bookings as well as serving guests. All done with a smile.
