This Hotel is very child friendly with lots of programs and good facilities . Location is great with lots of attraction points near by.
Communal facilties in the pool area should be cleaner.
Wifi connection is not very strong.

the fact that we didn’t know until last day that we could wander around the kibbutz gardens, used coffee shop etc. Should have been advised on arrival

Location was good
At first we didn't get what we ordered, the rooms where smaller than what we ordered and we had to upgrade our rooms. The food was medium at best. The stuff are not so nice and the hotel billed our creditcard without permission.

Great large roon, comfy bed, very large shower. Staff was so nice, front desk helped with whatever we needed. We booked a couple's massage and it was great.
And breakfast was one of the best I had in a hotel. Wish we stayed for dinner as the restaurants around were pricey and not as expected.
The bathrobs didn't fit us :(

Pool is very good. Both, covered and open. The gym is good. Nice relax music over the all area.
The price for family room is too high. Dinner price in restaurant is huge!!!
Air conditioner flow was derectly on the bed. And rooms is quite small (230 ft) , for more than 2 persons. Also a lot of traces of repairs.
Some more entertainments is more than welcome

Breakfast was good. Evening meals very undistinguished boring and predictable.
most members of staff seemed unsure of themselves and unable to take any initiative.For example we came into the dining room and asked for a table for 5. The waitress pointed to a table which was not laid for a meal,and walked away.We had to call her back and ask her to lay the table.

The inner swimming pool was great!!
The bed was too much soft, it feels i slept at water mattress and the fact that the cleaners through the hand soap instead to leave it as well or replace it to a new one, same thing was with the hand/face towels.

The hotel is great: renovated, clean, warm (we stayed in February).
The food was fabulous: wide range for breakfast and dinner.
Indoor pool is clean, the water is warm. It has dressing rooms with showers and clean fresh towels.
The view from our rooms and balcony was on the mountain 🤩
Will definitely return here.

we had a wonderful time in Giladi Hotel , they gave us an upgraded room with fantastic view , kind people working in the hotel , terrific breakfast , everything very clean , spa facilities inside , also large outside pool in the garden .
