Location - price per night was reasonable

AC was not working well which was something important while looking for places to stay and the main desk did not help about it.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The Staff was super helpful and very professional and nice! I loved it!

Little bit noisy from the street because big road close, if you are sensitive person - take earplugs with you

Noise at night from the train and cars. Even with fully closed windows we had to use earplugs as there is train going all the time and noise at night was terrible.

Nice comfortable big room and nice air condition.

Pretty clean but I was downgraded due to an electrical problem in the other room so I was on the first floor right in front of the road... which is not awesome considering the price during this season (Festival) even with the discount offered

The shower (and some part of the floor) seemed dirty due to some traces left form the makeover... plus it looks nice but is extremly unpractical ! there was water EVERYWHERE in the bathroom because of the lack of door

Excellent front desk staff. Large, clean comfortable room. Very walkable to all the attractions of Cannes.

The staff were very helpful and polite The room was clean ,spacious and the beds were comfortable The location is perfect , within walking distance to the train station .

The walls are thin , we could heat the music from the next room , but it was turned off early so we managed to have a good night sleep .

The place was a hidden gem....the staff was very friendly and accommodating....the room was very clean and the bathroom provided a nice respite after a long journey...the shower had great water pressure and aided in sooting those aches and pains associated with those achy muscles after a long flight and a long drive

Nothing comes to mind....only thing remotely I could think of was the cost of parking...

Pleasant to find such welcoming staff. There's a little balcony to take in the cool breeze coming off the Mediterranean. Good shower, too. And although I didn't use the coffee machine, the idea of it was a nice touch. Took in a concert at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès with trumpeter Sergeï Nakariakov and pianist Maria Meerovitch playing, amongst other composers, Dmitri Shostakovich and Sergei Prokofiev. Absolutely wonderful!

The hotel is central, clean and easy to get anywhere without problems.

Parking is bit expensive although if compared with the street price is a good value ;-)

Breakfast was good.
