Le personnel était très sympathique, les chambres sont grandes et confortable. Le restaurant de l’hôtel sert de très bonnes viandes à des prix raisonnables.

Diggers started work at 7am , appreciate this is nothing to do with owners of property, just unfortunate for next year.

It was a bit noisy

We had a comfortable and enjoyable night's stay, which was unfortunately completely spoiled by the manager charging us more than the Booking.com pre-booked price. Despite being shown the confirmatory email with the details, he became rude and dismissive, saying he did not care about 'their price', he was going to charge us his price. Avoid this hotel if you value courtesy and good customer service.

Room was comfy and ideal for an overnight stay

No lift

The hotel was nice and the room was very comfortable. The bed was great. The bathroom has an unusual setup but it was convenient. The toilet was in its own room, while shower and the sink were in little "sitting room". That "sitting room" had also a little table with chairs, coffee maker. Was actually very useful setup. The location was not for tourism but just to have a stay on the way between Konstanz and next point of traveling. The breakfast was very nice, good selection.

The hotel does not have an elevator and dragging a suitcase several flights of stairs was not the best option.

Very close to city center and the lake river.

Breakfast was a bit poor, maybe some handcrafted marmelade or scrumbled eggs would have been a plus.

No problem finding the location. Free Parking on the property. Breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious. Will recommend this place.
