Staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel style retro and amazing. Stylish, clean and very well furnished rooms. Beautiful garden and very elegant lobby. Coffee&tea free all day long.
According to my necessities (business event in Auguststrasse, 10minutes walk away) location was perfect.
Nothing. Maybe a small courtesy bottle of water (the one in the room is 3€), would be appreciated especially during summertime. But it’s more an input than a critique!!!

The hotel is beautifully designed and in a relatively quiet location. The single room I booked was very nicely appointed and had a comfortable bed. The staff was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
The curtains were quite thin and the room was bright around 5:00 am. Would be nice if there were additional shutters or black out curtains available. The floors are also very creaky and you can hear other guests in hallways, beside and above you. Would suggest guests bring an eye mask and ear plugs.

The room was clean and tidy. Asides from the noise coming from the wooden floors, the rooms were fairly quiet.
It was a very cozy and welcoming ambiance.
Upon checking in I received the wrong room key, like the team didn't know I was meant to arrive on that day. I ended up opening another guest's room and having a really awkward moment with the male staying there.

The location was as expected
The room was so small that it was nearly impossible to open the suitcase without obstructing the bathroom door. You could not turn around in the bathroom. Bed was to short.
They charge 3,50€ for a small bottle of water in the room.
Manager is not on site. I asked for a call back from the manager to give feedback but she did not call

Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff.
My room was the size of a closet. I paid over 260 Euros and was in a room that I couldn’t move around in. As a solo traveler I think I’ve only stayed in a smaller room in Tokyo. This should not be called a room but should be used as a facilities closet. The room was not worth the price!

Lovely rooms with a lot of character in a quiet street with lots of good quality bars and restaurants nearby.
Staff were very nice and helpful.
I wouldn't recommend paying for breakfast in advance, it is not provided by hotel but by the restaurant downstairs its expensive, with few options and service was slow, much better options provided by local cafe's nearby.

Good location, great desk service but limited hrs. But it worked fine. Free coffee/ tea was a help in the am.
Frig in the room would have been nice. It would help with limited and expensive breakfast option. Local grocery is is a couple blocks away and an easy choice for breakfast options.

This place is delightful. The building is tastefully appointed and a joy to be in. Fantastic sized room and decent shower.
The big comfortable bed was appreciated. Nice to enjoy a glass of wine in the courtyard after a day exploring the city.
