En General tudo foi ótimo, especialmente o café da manhã com muita variedade

O hotel é bonito, bem estruturado, em excelente localização. As acomodações são de boa qualidade, confortáveis. Gostamos bastante do café da manhã, que era bem variado e de boa qualidade.
Pedi um quarto com cama de casal, recebi um com duas camas de solteiro. No momento da reserva fui avisado que estaria sujeito a disponibilidade, mas considerando que fiz a reserva com bastante antecedência gostaria de ter sido atendido. Em geral as instalações do hotel são boas, bonitas, funcionais, acho apenas que faltou uma iluminação na piscina, que é excelente, mas perde completamente o protagonismo no período noturno, o que é uma pena, especialmente levando-se em consideração que anoitece bastante cedo na região. A TV do quarto é quase que um item decorativo, pouquíssimas opções do que assistir, qualidade de imagem ruim.

I thought a junior suite would be a little more luxurious based on the photos from the website.
The iguana soiled themselves in the pool one of the days we stayed. not exactly in the control of the hotel but still somewhat off putting.

The internet didn't work AT ALL (maybe around 0.2MBPS at times), apart from the main reception area and I ended up having to cancel work and losing 300 reais during my stay. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you intend to work online. They did offer to let me work in the room next to the reception where the signal is good, but I had already cancelled my work following 20 minutes of walking around the site trying to get a good connection using the various WIFI networks they have. We stayed in room 62A.
We moved to the pousada 'Vila Alemã' the second day and the internet there worked great (20MBPS and consistent).
You can hear loud bangs and other loud noises in the common areas close to the pool as they are currently renovating various rooms. You can also see various people working on the premises, doing construction work throughout the day.

The first clue that the WiFi was up to today’s standards is when part of the code included 2017. Obviously a old router with limited bandwidth. WiFi constantly dropped and with cease to work entirely after about 5 minutes. Not acceptable. Great staff in the breakfast room and well landscaped property.
