Gleich bei unserer Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen & haben eine kleine Tour bekommen. Wir wurden jeden Tag gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder wir noch etwas brauchen. Das Apartment war sauber und alles war vorhanden was, man gebraucht hat. Es war ein bisschen kuschelig klein.. aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da wir einen Balkon hatten. Und im Zimmer ist man im Urlaub ja eh nur zum Schlafen.

Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre, schöne Gehend, wenige Gehminuten bis zum See, hübsch renoviertes und sehr gemütliches Studio mit einem tollen Ausblick und - sehr wichtig - eine hervorragende Betreuung seitens Manuela und Rita, die äußerst hilfreich waren und einen perfekten Service leisteten.

Really friendly staff and great location

Apartment is a little basic

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous, close to many restaurants, the supermarket and the lake. Fantastic location to see the north part of Lake Como and explore the mountains and villages on foot. The pool and spa were available and it was a wonderful place to have the kids play.

nothing was not liked, such a special place

Manuela was a very professional hotel manager and took the time to explain the room and the facilities. The property was very clean and relaxing.

Pool and leisure facilities were great. Staff excellent and good location with easy access to nearby restaurants and not far away from the lake

Walls extremely thin can hear everything next door, shower very small, pictures online very different to what it's actually like. Small room.

Nice pool, with bubbles and little pool for kids. it is easy to reach the lake beaches and nice Café or shops around. In the pool area there is also a Jacuzzi.

The staff was very welcoming! Swimming pool and location.

Everything was great! The one bedroom apartment was spacious with a big private garden. Pool was big and location very close to the beach. Walking distance to all the restaurants.
