The staff were so friendly. Everything was clean. The aqua park was amazing. The room was big and lovely. Food and drinks were awesome. The entertainments at nights were enjoyable. I really was satisfied with this lovely hotel

It is not club beach, or beach party

Between lunch and dinner you can't find anything to eat. You should wait dinner time, but snack bar works a little more.

The hotel is different from the aquapark. booking a rrom allow you to access the Aqua park for free. The toilet has a built-in bidet which is very convenient

Timings for breakfast and lunch a bit tight, would be better to stretch them to avoid overcrowding at peak points.

rooms were in poor conditions, the housekeeping refrained to give facial tissues and soaps . only few staff members speak English, its hard to communicate with people there. the location of this hotel is really far from the city and everything. this is barely a 3 star hotel based on national standards.

This was a memorable 4-star experience for the kids but in order to qualify as a 5-star resort many shortcomings must be lifted (see below). The entertainment was great and this is valid for the entire resort (pool entertainment, aquagym, afternoon sports, kids entertainment, evening shows, etc.). The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet were excellent and of the highest standards. Also the late breakfast and snacks buffets were amazing. I personally underestimated them, but they were larger than the main buffets in other hotels. The kitchen and restaurant staff were of the highest quality and well-behaved. Together with the animators they are undoubtedly 5-star quality among the rest of the hotel that is struggling to maintain 4-stars.

Shortcomings to be lifted: First, upon arrival the front desk tried to charge us in TKL instead of EUR as specified on our booking. This would have costed us almost 200 EUR more. After going into an argument with the front desk officer it was suddenly possible. So, there was a lack of willingness from the part of the officer, which is not worthy of a 5-star resort welcome. Second, the housekeeping staff is not doing what is expected. There was dirt (a lot of it) under the beds, which were not moved for weeks it seemed. The room carpets were not clean. One of the bathrooms even had pie-droplets on the toilet seat when we arrived in the room ! How is all this related to a 5-star establishment ? Third, a lot of guests were misbehaving but there was zero-reaction against it by the staff and management. Examples are smoking at the entry of the restaurant next to guests and especially children that were eating ice-cream, smoking in child-friendly areas altogether (e.g. at the swimming pool), reserving pool chairs at the pool by putting resort-owned towels or floaters without every visiting those chairs the rest of the day, or jumping in the swimming pool at night and making lots of noise, etc., all of this at the detriment of guests that were well-behaved. If the management’s idea of having a great holiday is to let guests misbehave the way they want, not having the guts to enforce a minimum of respect, then they should change their name in Anarchy Fantasy instead of Aquafantasy ! There are even rules on display about how one cannot occupy seats in this way, but there is zero enforcement by the resort management itself. Fourth, the luggage storage has a serious supervision shortcoming because we were able to retrieve (our own) 16 suitcases and 4 back-packs by just walking in and out the luggage storage (I even knocked and shouted “hello ?”); no control to be seen anywhere near.

Lots of fun activities for the whole family, food was delicious and staff went over and above our expectations, especially Ms. Gizem and Mr. Mehmet! Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a fabulous holiday!

The water sports were a bit overpriced.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and approachable. The water park was close and easy accessible

The meals were ok but nothing worthy of the cost. The rooms were basic and air con not the best. The choice of snacks throughout the day were basic and not readily available. The limited hours and larger queues at the ice cream bar made it a struggle to get there and not have to wait in excess of 15 minutes.

The aquapark slides were good

AC in guest room was completely inadequate, and the “technician” sent to investigate did nothing and said: “no problem”, then left. Staff generally helpful, but attitudes seemed grim.

WiFi was a little difficult, i the modern world could be better. Could have more selection in minibar. Fanta , two packs of water was little small for the family checking in hungry. Be cautious, most of the spa options as , foam massage comes in extra, despite having family foam massaged in booklet

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful.

cafeteria style food at buffet , too many people in one restaurant only for breakfast and dinner. our room smelled of cigarette smoke. many of the activities were in extra ( billiards, bowling, stand up paddles board, etc).
