Lovely friendly host,quiet location, great breakfast.

Room really cold first night , then ok rest of the stay..mix-up with payment I now have 2 payments pending..

The room was spacious and the breakfast was great. Lovely host. Would stay again. Comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities. Shower was clean and new looking.

I did find 3 dark hairs in the bed, one was really long.

Parking was erratic sometimes difficult to find but generally just about manageable.

the lady that runs it limits u to one tea bag per day, one sachet of milk per day & one toilet roll per day, if u want more than that the lady snapped at me then u will have to go to the shops , cause I ran out of toilet roll on the day before I left which was very inconvenient for the manager , she said next time u will know to bring them with u.

Lovely B&B, Angie was lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was stunning. lovely spacious room. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Upon checking in, was told we had been upgraded free of charge, room was very nice , clean and comfortable, b&b owner told us where all the local amenities were and how to get there. Breakfast was very nice and was a fair size. Would definitely recommend to my friend's and family and would most certainly stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable (rooms were quite cold). Owner was really friendly. We really enjoyed it and wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Parking could be an issue in peak times

Great quite place to stay away from the busy centre. Breakfast was fantastic big cooked fry up.

No hot water in sink in bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable. Toilet dripping all night.

Every thing was fine , nice location, easy walking distance to town centre. Room was fine clean comfortable everything you needed regards a B&B the only down side was when we asked for some more milk jiggers we were told no ! I have stayed in many B&B at Blackpool and never in my life have I been refused extra milk jigger to make a drink , We had to go the local co-op to get milk to make a drink. how much do milk jiggers cost 1p if that ? shame as its a good B&B but need to act on customer needs . Even when we came down to breakfast which was good some other people in the room said they were scared to ask for anything ? I have been in hotel trade 26yrs and this is got be first place stayed that you cant get extra milk jiggers,
