Christoph was very accommodating before we even got there, by email helping us with information. And while we were there helped with everything we asked about. The complimentary spa facilitices down stairs were great. The ski room with built in boot dryers is very useful.

Minor thing with uncomfortable pillows. Didn't get the hang of the combined oven.
