Was a very nice hotel! And room staff just need to do a better job of cleaning! Trash and clothes left under the couch by previous guest. Walls had dirt spots all over the it. Water in bathroom had a hard time draining. Other than that it was an ok stay!

Great view and location. Spacious and clean. We loved the pool, roof top hot tub with city and lake views, game room and attached restaurant. Auto-Check in was smooth and easy. Don’t pay the exorbitant valet parking. Use a parking app like spot hero or ParkWhiz. The garage by the 7-11 (1E 8th st) is a bargain or the surface lot at 835 S Wabash Ave. Unless there’s a bears game, the rates are pretty good.

I have stayed at Sentral for several years in a row. Year after year, they continue to be excellent. The front desk people are always kind and helpful. The apartment is clean, with everything I need. The 7th floor lounge is beautiful with a great gym. It's my home when I'm in Chicago. Thanks!

The staff is amazing! Joy was so sweet and helpful with the moment we arrived. Her and Sandra were very professional. The room was amazing and everything we needed during our stay. I look forward to staying again and having those individuals made it that much better.

We stayed stayed at the Sentral for a business/family trip. This hotel is beautiful and accommodating. Sandra at the front desk was the sweetest and made check in a breeze, even allowing us to check in early. The room was clean, however there was a burn mark on the kitchen floor and it appeared as it was not vacuumed. Otherwise the room was wonderful, we would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding stay! The apartment are absolutely perfect so comfortable and well decorated beds are incredibly comfortable shower pressure and temperature was perfect.
The staff are by far the best I’ve ever interacted with especially Sandra and Sadio top notch service extremely helpful and kind made the entire stay that much more enjoyable. This will probably be the only place o stay and recommend when going to Chicago.

Fabulous stay! This is right near the Hilton Chicago on South Michigan. I was there with a colleague for a conference. We each had our own bathroom & bedroom, plus a shared living area with a full kitchen, TV, & couch. Bed was super comfortable, water pressure in shower was excellent, & very clean. You CANNOT beat the price! It’s a little over a mile from McCormick. We will definitely stay again.

Our late checkin was easy. The room had amazing views of Grant Park/Navy Pier out one window and the city from another window. Apartment was spacious with good facilities. Bed was comfy. Only downside was that the shower had low pressure, but for us that was not a major. Location is really good with most things within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay, it was for my husband’s birthday. The card and little snacks are thoughtful . The staff is nice and the location is great. It was our first time to Chicago and we totally enjoyed our trip. It was wonderful to stay so close to the major attractions and feel safe .

This was an amazing place to stay with access to everything great Jim pool and hot tub so many internal activities really felt taken care of. And right in the heart of downtown so near everything very walkable or just minutes away from the train.

I’ll start by saying that I travel frequently…all over the world and Im super flexible with taking things in stride when something goes awry, but the parking situation was enough for me to want to cancel my stay. It was a nightmare and cost me more than I ever imagined paying for parking and the inconvenience that came with it. Never again! The apartment was nice, even if over priced, but I get it’s Chicago and the location is good. The staff was helpful by phone in the days leading up to my trip but service was terrible from the moment I arrived.

I was already paid in full through Expedia- Sentral charge my card an additional stay
I understand the hold and the early check in but they charged and additional room and I been on the phone with them and my bank for 2 days to resolve the issue. They refunded my money back but I have to wait 3-5 days for it to clear - they didn’t have to wait any days to take it out of my account and they should not have taken it out in the first place. The employees are rude on the phone and didn’t apologize for their mistake or offer any complimentary.

We’ve stayed here a few times. This time was not great. This particular room was not in the best condition. Crack in the sink, walls, and broken air conditioning. Other stats have been far better. Check in is always a pain though.

If you absolutely need a furnished studio apartment for your stay in Chicago, this place isn't terrible. If you do not need that, I recommend you go somewhere else. The elevators took forever (5 min each way most of the time). Absolutely no flexibility for early check-in/late check-out unless you want to pay extra. If you want turn down service, you pay extra. Location is great and it was very quiet. Very strict rules around guests and quiet time.

My wife and I just spent a week at Sentral Michigan Avenue and we could not have been more pleased. The room was perfect for us and the staff we extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely be staying her again!
