The hotel and staff were outstanding. This is a non smoking hotel, but unfortunately other guess decided to smoke marijuana The fumes engulfed the entire floor. We were awaken at midnight by the smell and was unable to go back to sleep. The hotel staff teied to resolve this problem but could not determine which room the smell wss coming from. I applaud the staff for their efforts. Biut will most likely not return.

The hotel is clean and modern. Great price. There is a hotel restaurant, which although very convenient was somewhat of a letdown. Service was extremely slow and pasta came out cold. By 6 they had no chicken for their wings or Caesar salad. It was a limited menu to begin with so this certainly didn’t help. Sadly, the flight of fries was the best thing to come out of the kitchen that night. Parking was $26. We had paid for late checkout but the garage is owned separately so doesn’t acknowledge this. Get the room, call for delivery food.

My daughter and I were amazed at how clean and comfy our room was and hotel atmosphere was warm and inviting. We foind out they have a live band jazz night on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The band(11/26) was fantastic. They provide secure garage parking for $24 per day. The gym provided enough equipment for a nice workout.

We stayed for 2 nights. Aside from a loud party in the hotel lobby going on when we checked in, the stay was excellent as far as the hotel is concerned. It seemed like the hotel was recently renovated; it's in excellent condition. I wish parking was free.

Beautiful hotel from the second you walk in. Gorgeous, spacious lobby area with comfortable couches, tables and tvs. Nice big bar area. Walk to shops and restaurants.

GREAT stay as always but security is terrible. At midnight there are wide open front doors and no requirements to use card for the elevators.
Hotel is located in a bad neighborhood.
When asked upfront about security at night - their answer was -" we had a power outage and it does not work any more -the front door lock". When asked again-when is it going to be finished- the answer was-"we don't know". More like "we don't care". We rare exception front desk is rude and arrogant.

Very long check in waiting for approx 40 mins as all computers were down. Asked for late check out to accommodate was refused.

It's my 2nd stay at this hotel. This time around the room wasn't as good the last time. The hotel room felt very damped and the air was very humid. I killed at least 3 giant gnats in the room and 2 in the shower which was a bit disappointing. The shower door wasn't smooth to open and close. There was no vent in the bathroom which makes the room more humid. Not sure if I'll stay here again.

This place was so loud. Sounded like elephants were on top of us and the band was too loud. Was not relaxing and staff was super super rude.

Pros: Modern and clean, nice showers. Cons: flashing light from smoke alarm all night, extra for parking, extra for breakfast, some street noise, and only 1 kind of pillow. Interesting that the receptionist doesn't say much, but you get and email and QR code to learn about the fitness center and breakfast.

Front desk, check-in staff member not friendly at all. Otherwise, rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. Only other issue is parking is $26 per night for an overnight guest, which is absurd.

Amazing hotel. Only downside is its near the hospital so you hear the sirens but for that you cant fault the hotel. Parking should be free though or built into the price of the room

Cambria Hotel is great! Very clean and the staff is amazing. We stayed one night for a business trip and will be coming back to stay again if we are in the area.

The hotel is great. The staff seem very inexperienced. Housekeeping didn’t come to clean the room. The front desk staff returned packages we had delivered because they mistyped our names. Breakfast wasn’t included.

It was an amazing, wonderful clean, friendly hotel. I would of gave them a 4.5 star's or more. Ill be visiting again loved it. I was surprised after reading some reviews and was not sure. Exactly what was shown in the pics is what it is. 👍

I loved staying at the Cambria. The staff was efficient and polite and helped us when needed. That said, Expedia was a real problem. I will never book another hotel, flight or any travel thru them. When I booked my room through Expedia, I made a mistake and only booked for one night. When I made the hotel aware of the problem, they were quick to book me a 2nd night at their normal rate. Well wasn't I surprised when I found out that Expedia's rate was $259 per night compared to $154 with the hotel. Moral of the story, use Expedia to find your hotel, then call the hotel direct to make the booking. My lesson cost me about $100.

The should have included breakfast and parking for a 170 $ room standard. But instead they charge 24 $ for a day parking, when you check in at 3 pm, so that’s not a full day. 170 $ is just for sleeping that’s it, no pool. And if you make a reservation from a third party and ended up asking them for an extra day, they’ll charge you two deposits money.and their keys don’t work sometimes, you have to go downstairs to ask them for help smh. Will never go there , Ridiculous
