Персонал не компетентный, не могли разобраться сколько мне нужно оплатить за проживание, хотя по букингу у меня была зафиксирована сумма брони Два раза при доплатах сказали что все ок, еще и после того как я уехал еще просили доплатить

I always have a great time at the Landmark Hotel. It was my second time staying there. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the location right where you need to be. The raindrop shower head didn't work but i am sure the maintenance team has already taken care of it.

Possibility to see most of the city

The size of the swimming pool and the hotel entrance. The curtains are old and worn out

1. Breakfast was average 2. Checkin process was too slow. Spend more than an hour to check-in . 3. No porter service for baggage from ground floor to 19th floor 5. Charged extra 50% by the admin team. Poor communication regarding this 6. Leaky bathrooms

Wifi reception in room (18th floor) not good, but works very well in common area on 19th floor.

The hotel is placed close to the notable street for Nizami street leading to fountain square (about 20 mins). The height of the hotel means that the rooms and comunal floors have great views of the city. The reception team were able to support with some outside travel to notable locations oytside of Baku.

The breakfast was limited. The loocation is a good 25 mins walk from the old city. BEWARE, the outdoor pool and terrace are closed for restoration until further notice. The safe malfunctioned several times and the air conditioning units need upgrading.

I wake 3 am and wanted to eat something. I called room service but nobody pocked my call. I called the reception and ask for some food but I was told that I can get water and milk only. It was surprising for me as I was staying in a 5 star hotel and thse facilities should be provided 24/7 The door closer was not working. When wakeup in the morning I found the without lock and was not tightly closed Bathroom was good but there were rust near the bath tub shower stand base When I was checking out the receptionist was talking over the phone and did give attention to me. In fact it was a long conversation over the phone and was waiting to be checked out. I was not happy with restaurant staff being not giving attention to its customers Plz rectify these problems
