The only thing my wife and I enjoyed was the breakfast.

My wife and I had a horrible experience at this hotel. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night because our bathroom was flooded with water from the toilet. My wife called the front desk to ask for an upgrade to our room, and we were willing to pay the difference, but the staff ignored our request. And to make matters worse, early in the morning we were awakened by the very loud sounds of banging and some sort of compressor or machine that sounded like it was right next door to our room. Therefore, we were unable to sleep. And finally, when we were checking out, I mentioned all of these very same things, and the front desk staff seemed very unconcerned and didn't really offer any type of recommendation to satisfy our very miserable time at your hotel. We will NEVER book a night in this hotel again!

We always like to stay here because of the Honduran feel to it. Their breakfast is super nice

We tried eating at the Chrurrasqueria, but there was too many 🦟 since it’s on the open. We also had trouble with a waitress in the downstairs restaurant. She took the wrong order and had a bit of an attitude.

Everything was great the attention received from all the hotel personnel was great the pool was a plus

Amenities in the room are limited for the price. There's no coffee machine in the room , only a mini-fridge Food in the restaurant is a little bit pricey, and quality is not the best specting of more food quality for the price No varieties or more options for vegetarian or gluten-free Some staff are a bit of rude at breakfast time This hotel used to be one of the best in the past, so sad quality and customer service decreased a short period of time.🙁

The room was nice. I really liked that it was mobility friendly as i have walking problems sometimes. The male desk clerk was very helpful. We also appreciate that you had an airport shuttle

-Despite being wheelchair accessible the toilet was too low.it was difficult to maneuver even with the rails A little confusing as it is well known that wheelchair users need a higher toilet. I wasn't impressed with breakfast, maybe especially as it was booked as being an excellent one and so we were looking forward to a delicious breakfast, it was very ordinary and Honduran (rock had croissants, no fresh pastries and no potatoes, eggs benedict etc., that we were expecting) the front desk clerks were barely bilingual and couldn't understand any of my questions ( the male one was good however)

Breakfast in the morning is exceptional, I love the staff is very friendly and attentive to my needs. I have always to staying in this hotel

The personnel at this hotel are very pleasant, and attentive to guests. The friendliness of the staff is across the board, from the reception area to those in the various restaurants, and then on to those at the front door, and those cleaning rooms.

The pool and bar/club area were closed during my visit due to renovations. But I still paid full price, as did the other guests, even though these amenities were not available. Additionally, there was a wedding taking place on a weekend evening. The wedding party had loud music playing at a pavilion outside until 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning. The hotel should have a policy of stopping outdoor music at midnight at the latest. Some guests have to get up at 5:00 or 6:00 in the morning to catch a flight.
