Location: everything was closer, except the airport.

Elevator was only functioning up to 3rd floor and they gave us room in the 4th floor, though the staff help, it's still inconvenient. They don't really respond to our messages, when we requested the twin bed to merge, even after we check in, and repeated our request, they didn't do anything. And we also requested a pick up at the seaport since the airport has been moved somewhere, we didn't get someone to pick us up.Quite disappointed. Too many sweet ants, although there was a warning, so we kinda just let it be. We just stored all our food in the fridge

As a guest, I am expecting a complimentary like coffee in a sachet, tea bag and milk but the property didn’t provided. Its only for breakfast. I was really disappointed

The Hotel should offer a small things like what I have had mentioned.

The room was clean but dark, the staff was good and the food was ok for the buffet. The breakfast was good. The staff at the front and security at the front were excellent.

Location is awesome, a walk to BQ mall, and Mcdonalds, accessible for the transport. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. i will definitely come back.

The building entrance is good, the rooms are old but clean. They allow you to hold bridal showers. Staffs are nice, except one inexperienced lady in concierge who makes your blood boil. The place is in a good location.

This has been under construction for a few years already so I thought the amenities like pool and gym are there, but its not. Also, there were times drilling are so loud you cannot hear anything when you are talking inside your room.

My kids were the ones staying there i just booked the room for them and according to them the hotel was very clean the staffs were very accommodating, hospitable and helpful specially when i called regarding transportation a staff named JR was very knowledgeable and all the information he gave me was very helpful and plus the area was close to everything walking distance

Looked like a far more expensive hotel then the price paid. Very nice foyer area, restaurant and room. Looked really fancy but for a low price. Room was spacious, and clean. Helpful staff, very nice breakfast and lots of parking. Would certainly return to stay if back in the area.

Seemed the hotel was under partial renovation but really that didn't bother us.

The morning breakfast were good and delicious. The hotel location is perfect for my daily errands.

The hotel is under construction during my stayed which the elevators were not available on our floor. There is no enough shower water pressure and needs improvement on cleanliness. The hotel should have a CCTV to secure our safety in our room.

Location was great, we hired a car and was able to get to all the main places and tourist attractions. close to 7/11, shopping malls, groceries and take out places. ideal location. food was great, loved the breakfast; isnt continental though and could have done with a better variety.

The bathroom smelled bad from day 1, it’s a bit run down, stains in the ceiling, no windows for us to look out of (no natural light at all and we were there for 7 days!). Staff need a bit more training in soft skills. person on reception was rather rude. we called down twice and had him answer. 1) we asked for prices of the laundry and he replied with ‘the prices are in your room’ (they weren’t, and if they were he should have told us where). Another we asked for more glasses as the other ones were covered in ants, the reception guy said ‘you already have 2 in your room’. so we had to explain to him that it was covered in ants When we interact with the waiters in the restaurant, they tend to feel… stuck up, it felt that they looked down on us a little. they didn’t really interact in a friendly manner. I should know these things as I’ve worked in the Marriott for 6 years; from waiter, to reception, to events, to Ops manager.

Breakfast is great,room is comfy and the location is perfect.
