Beautiful environment and well equipped kitchen, nice bbq in garden

Waterfall not working most of the time, pool not private: when in pool you are face to face with other guests from other rooms. Pool described as Jacuzzi pool but no Jacuzzi function :(

Absoluty nothing.

The "rooms" are kind of not good bungalow. They had ton of open area that let bugs, insects and other animel get inside. The bed in the room is not a queen size, its closer to a teenager one and half size (havent sleep with partner in one like those since I was 16 yeats old) The ways to the room is full with uncare plants and tree that blocks the walk. But nothing was like order a dinner that was not cheap at all and was small dishes that left us hungry. And if its not enouth so the plate, (with bones and left over) were stay outside of our room until the morning so we could enjoy the unlovely sound of cats break and enjoy all that left. (The dinner is served to a table outside of the room there no restaurant). Same thing happend with the breakfest... We left the hotel even we had another night booked and payed. Absolute horrible place. When we left someone said that the manager would call us. Still waiting.

Waterfall-Shower

Way to expensive! Very small Bungalow. Basic and inconvenient Applications. Needs a lot of improvement of Kitchenware. Bad and small Fridgerator, needed more then 24 hours to produce some Ice cubes! No space to keep the luggage.

We were 2 grown ups and 2 kids (both 6), we had the superior Bungalow, first of all the pictures and description of the hotel and what they offer is absolutely not what you get. It was much smaller than it seemed on the pictures, it is absolutely not made for families with kids, those bungalows are dangerous for kids, they have a few other options which seemed good with kids though, we didn’t see those options when we booked. Anyways there is no gym, even though it says that they do on here, there’s no pool for everyone, you get a pool only at two little villas, everything else has like a little fountain area with little mini pool, which we didn’t use, because it was very cold, the fountain was on only a few hrs a day. When we ordered food, it took each time 1,5 hrs to get it. Their menus offer a “breakfast-lunch-dinner- package” - but when you ask them about it, they don not offer lunch, so the packages are useless. The food we tried tasted good, but little portions & expensive, 20$ for one dish. breakfast was 10$ for one dish. The room itself was little, the trash bin and little kitchen corner is right next to the bed. there is barely plugs, how are you supposed to cook with no plugs? cooking is impossible there. The rooms do NOT get cleaned daily, like you usually would get it in other hotels. this tiny “bungalow” is not made for more than 2 people and also not more worth than 50$ a night.

This is a little paradise, comfortable and beautifully decorated. An oasis of peace. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing stay.

great service and awesome atmosphere

Everything is very pretty and detailed, all details have been thought very well. breakfast is good and looks pretty. Rooms are pretty and clean. Staff especially the owner is very friendly and customer service is good. helpful to book tours and hotel staff can take you on tours, to bus etc. Well equipped kitchens and stores to buy groceries around the area. lot of restaurant options near by

Lots of trees blocks the sun so it doesnt get warm around the pool to go swim. Loud chickens wake you up in the morning

Very good and friendly service from the owner and other employees. Very pretty rooms, pools and breakfast is pretty. Everything very detailed and well thought through. Beautiful garden. Very helpful with organizing tours or helping with anything. Short walk to local street to restaurants.

Clean and beautiful hotel room and outside area

Unfortunately it was raining heavily the whole day whilst we were there, so at night we were really cold and really wished we had a blanket to keep us warm.

Amazing villa, completely private with a tiny garden and a mini pool with a waterfall... true tropical paradise. We Loved it! Also, we rented the four wheels for the day which is totally worth it and we recommend doing it and visit beaches that are bit further away.

First the Owner Sarah is Amazing. The property grounds is well groomed, Room is tidy. she goes over and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and she’s extremely Accommodating. The staff all do their job cheerfully. The 5 Beaches tour on a 4x 4 wheel is a must do. My guide Adoni was Amazing. This property screams Eco lodge with a Unique style. A come back is definitely in my plans.

I don’t like cats and there are quite a bit of them but I understand why properties have them especially since it’s an Eco Lodge / bio Lodge they have to be pet friendly

The gardens are beautiful, well maintained and really have that tropical forest vibe. The common areas are very nice. And cats are lovely.

Zero attention from staff (not even sure they speak English, except one person). The kitchenette was not clean, luckily we were not planning to cook.. The rooms are not cleaned every day. There is no safe in the room. The rooms are not numbered so other guests tried to come to our room at 2am. We thought someone is trying to break-in.. Also, not sure what qualifies it as a ‘bio-eco’ hotel. Probably it’s just marketing/greenwashing. It’s very overpriced for such experience. On top of that, they use a third-party to handle the payment which charges like EUR 10 for the transaction.

Room was dirty,no staff to help during anything, and the lady at the front desk is scamming me charge me so much money and make me pay by PayPal I hate it there

Nothing

I loved everything about my stay there. The design is absolutely beautiful and there is so much love in all the details. Every bungalow has its own pool and natural materials are being used whenever possible. Sarah was extremely helpful and answered all the requests within minutes. I can highly recommend staying there.
