Very easy to find plenty of parking staff we’re all lovely. Breakfast was great

We only had one towel in the room and the shower wash was empty. The staff was very apologetic

delightful staff very helpful friendly and welcoming, excellent parking facilities plenty of spaces available which were easy to get to.

breakfast was poor selection, no cooked breakfast, no dining area it was like getting plane food you have to pre order the night before consisting of like cereal croissant brought to your room in the morning. The area was also quite rough with people telling me to stick to my room as the other end of Lincoln road is full of drug addicts, gangs, human trafficking. The bed was poor with thin pillows, furniture is worn and dusty such as falling apart chandelier above the bed, but was relatively clean bathroom otherwise.

Service generally was good. Breakfast was very prompt and good. Availability of parking and location was excellent.

Bedding was torn. Heated towel rail in bathroom wasn't on and couldn't see how you would turn it on. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

It's a very comfortable older style hotel with a very pretty restaurant attached. Bedroom very large as was bathroom and the bed was large. They serve breakfast in your room . Location was more convenient than it seemed from looking at the map but it was still very quiet..

No lift but they did warn me about that. But otherwise very happy with our stay.

Room size, towels, good size, like the kettle tea,coffee,biscuits breakfast is very good.

The pillows are on the thin side. On how first night mattress had a smell, but you sorted it, thank you.

Bathroom was small compared to room size. Also weird blue light in bathroom that made you feel like you’re in a restroom where they place blue lights so you can’t find your veins to shoot up! ☹️

The location is great, near the station but also pretty quiet. Staff were also super friendly.

The neighbours were loud at times but this is nothing against the hotel. This is me really nitpicking but all the buttons on my TV remote were faded so I didn’t know which button was which, although you can make still make good guesses on what they are.

The staff were absolutely lovely very welcoming and helpful, the adjoining Turkish restaurant was nice the food was lovely.

Stayed in the so called luxury room. It’s like a brothel. The sofa is disgustingly dirty you can’t sit on it. The bathroom only has one light so you can’t see very well and it’s blue light very strange. The drains are also horrendous in the the smell is vile. Generally poor finish and the paint is flaking on to the floor in the corners. The bed is like a rock and the headboard is for a single bed so there is just a big gap. The laminate Floor was dirty I walked bare foot and my feet had bits and were black. I had to keep putting my shoes on the go to the loo or lay towels out on the floor. There is some weird multi coloured light from the 90’s that adds to the brotherly vibe. The bottled water was a refillable bottle which was full of bubbles and actually had no rubber seal and on the lid so it was just open and not drinkable at all. The breakfast options were very limited I would have liked more egg options and bacon or sausage at least even if you had the option to pay more. Only one slice of toast. Lots of loud shouting outside through the night so windows aren’t sound proof and the banging around in the hotel of doors etc goes on from Very early in the morning so you can really sleep for long if you do eventually get to sleep on the rock bed.

We liked the location, the staff were lovely and the room was clean.

The breakfast choices were not that impressive at all.

The only, tiny, niggle was that the mirror in the bathroom was too low and I had to stoop to shave. But, hey, you can't have everything.

Breakfast served in room. I chose omelette and toast, didn’t taste great but was fresh enough.

no hand rails on upper stairs. double bed was alittle short for my husband.

Receptionist was very friendly. Breakfast was basic but enough. Room and bathroom was very clean. Will come again.
