The owners are kind and very friendly, they are always ready to help ! The breakfast was delicious and everything was fresh ! Parking is available and is less than 5 minutes from the beach! The room was clean and spacious . I highly recommend Hotel Soan! Definitely coming back here

I loved the people working at the hotel! The room was big, and had aircondition, a big shower and a fridge. Practical with a food-store right outside the door. They cleaned everyday, and drove us to the airport.

The bed was a bit hard, and sometimes there was a bad smell in the bathroom. Also a bit too much noise from the road.

It was really clean and the rooms were well-maintained. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and they provided parking. The location is ideal as you can visit city centre and check all the famous beaches in Ksamil. The breakfast was buffet style so there were many delicious and home cooked options. If you plan to visit Saranda, definitely stay to this family owned business.

The view from the balcony was nice, the beach is very close, the staff if really friendly, clean, and clean, very good breakfast with a personal touch, and a really nice buffet. The owner made sure we had a parking spot in front of the hotel ready at all times. For the money, hard to beat the offer...

Well, not new. AC was a bit louder, some equipment is just a bit worn. But nothing that bad...

We stayed in Soan hotel for a week and we had a great experience. What I liked the most about this hotel was the fact that much care was taken by Ana for cleanliness. There was daily housekeeping , was extremely clean, neat and always smelled good The owners Ana and Sotir were very friendly and they were always making sure that we were satisfied ,, he even came to pick us up with his car as we arrived since the hotel is little far from the bus stop ( from city’s centre) . The room was big so was the washroom. The breakfast was soooo delicious, every day there was a new dish cooked from Ana, the wifi was perfect, the beaches were very close, if you don’t want to pay for umbrella in mango beach there is an area on the left side of this beach where you can use your own umbrella and sun beds , lots of restaurants around. Overall very good value for the money . Would definitely choose to come in this hotel again if I ever get back to Sarande

The was always a place to park in front on the hotel, which was really nice and important ( you will understand why when you are there, especially if you want to go to other places on the weekends:) ) The rooms were cleaned very thoroughly on a daily bases, sheets are also changed after 2 days. The rooms had a refrigerator, AC and a beautiful view. The breakfast is not included, but it is very good and definitely recommended. There is quite some option one could have. The Mango and Flamingo beaches at a 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There is a store just across the street and a way bigger one 200 m away from the location of the hotel, where you can find pretty much anything.

We were asked to pay a couple of euro supplementary to cover the bank tax of the card payment (wasn't something dramatic)

I wolud recommend this hotel for everyone who's coming to Sarandë. Close to the beach, amazing view from balcony, hotel was super clean, always scented, owners were friendly and very hardworking people who strive to make hotel even better. Room was cleaned every single day and that's big plus for me. I don't have nothing bad to say.
