We absolutely loved our stay at Theodore Apartments in Zacharo! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The apartments were clean, cute, and incredibly spacious, providing us with all the comfort and convenience we needed. One of our favorite features was the wonderful balcony that offered a nice view of the surrounding area. The sight of the lot filled with beautiful trees added to the serene ambiance, making our stay even more delightful. What truly set Theodore Apartments apart was the exceptional care and kindness of Mr. Theodore, the owner. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable experience. We were pleasantly surprised when he informed us that we were welcome to pick and enjoy any fruits from the trees on the property. It was such a unique and delightful experience to indulge in fresh, organic fruits right from the source. Moreover, his daughter demonstrated her attentiveness and professionalism. She promptly notified us about some items we had accidentally left behind in the apartment, and she took great care to keep it safe until we were able to retrieve it. We highly recommend Theodore Apartments for anyone looking for a longer stay in the beautiful town of Zacharo. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat, exploring the natural surroundings, or simply looking to unwind, this is the perfect place to call home. With clean and spacious apartments, a wonderful balcony, and a genuinely kind and accommodating owner, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll definitely be back!

A curtain in the shower would have helped.

Theodore is a great host and storyteller! The location of the apartments is at a quite spot and very close to the beach. Definitely gonna visit again.

Large room, with a shaded terrace, apricot trees for a quick snack. The owner is very friendly, the grilled fish was delicious.

Mr. Theodore wait for us. Very friendly owner, they have an amazing taverna in the orange garden. Wonderful food, fresh fish, very good prices.

The location was perfect; quite place surrounded by trees, short walkable distance to the beach, good taverna nearby. The room was clean and as advertised.

Nothing to mention

Theodore and his wife are great hostesses. We had great time there. The beach is in walking distance. The place is authentic. No tourist activities nearby, which was a bonus for us. You can drive to Olympia however. You can have a breakfast and dinner there and everything is tasty and homemade. Their own olive oil and feta.

Dogs were barking in the evening but it they stopped at some point and it was not so loud.

the owner was rude and dishonest. Totally unsuitable for welcoming visitors. Booked a room for 5 and proved to be room for 4. Instead of apologizing, the owner accused us that we tried to laugh at him and tried to charge us 10EU for a cot bed. He hardly apologized when I proved that he was wrong. Generally a rude and provocative man. All day around and watching what happens on his property. Everything described in the comments with low rate proved right. We left the next day morning, one day earlier. Nothing to do with 'philoxenia. Nevertheless, the other people managing the property were fine. I do not recommend it if you want a relaxing stay.

The apartment was clean and comfy. It's 3 min walk away from the beach and 2 min drive from Zaharo where you can find a lot of restaurants and shops. Everything mentioned in the offer was in the room and we were super happy. Theodore and his family are great and very helpful. Taverna is just couple of meters away, it starts working around 8 and the food is delicious and cheap. We are definitely coming back in future.
