The quaintness of the hotel, I felt safe alone, the room was clean, the mini fridge stocked was helpful, check in was easy. Would of liked the AC on for checking in, as travelling was very hot. But no big deal. Overall, very pleased and I would visit again!.

No bathroom/toilet door! Just an old curtain. A bit of a joke. Maybe fit a door?? The water would often go off in the night. But once early evening after returning from beach day. Very inconvenient.

Location is perfect, the staff outstanding and very friendly, I had to check out of an AIRBNB (horrible) experience Hevea even allowed me to check in early. Desiree at the Front desk was the BEST! went above and beyond to help me with recommendations for sightseeing, transportation, she’s a GEM!

Clean, Cozy, just perfect for a stay in the best location on Grand Case!

The location was amazing. Close to everything. Such a wonderful oasis in the middle of all the action of Grand Case. Three beaches within walking distance. And the main beach literally across the street. They have beach chairs to loan. Staff was friendly and helpful. We hope to come back again!

The bed mattress was a little softer than we were used to. But we still got plenty of sleep. It was a little noisy, but that can't be helped. Location is still worth it!

I didn't get to stay at the hotel because there was no body to receive us .so we had no choice but to find a next hotel .

The location was absolutely perfect. Right across from delicious restaurants that all offered beach access. Loved the quaint atmosphere of the Hevea and it was really easy to come & go. Parking was also incredibly convenient. Would definitely recommend!

Would have liked a little more light in the bathroom shower, and the shower also had a little trouble draining. Everything else was comfortable and pleasant.

Walking distance to all the best restaurants in Saint Martin and, of course, steps away from the beach.

Rooms surround a shared courtyard. We happened to stay the same week as a large family who made ample use of the courtyard very early every morning.

The hotel is a nice boutique hotel with full amenities. The breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The location gets mixed reviews. The location is in the Grand Case near the beach. The location is also close to both roads in the Grand Case. On weekends you are exposed to the road noise from Grand Case blvd and the main road that goes around the Grand Case. Being close to thet beach and restaurants is perfect.

The breakfast was good, and a good value. Excellent location in Grand Case, near excellent restaurants, shops and across the street from the beach. We were able to have our laundry done and returned to us the next day for 15 Euros. We loved the tortoise family in the garden! Off street parking was very convenient.

We only had hot water in the late evenings, so we adjusted our showering to that schedule, which wasn’t always convenient. We hadn’t remembered to bring an adapter for the electric plugs - the front desk was able to give us one- we purchased several others for less than 5 euros.

Great breakfast, excellent service from staff, and amazing location to the beach and restaurants.
