The house was modern, spacious and comfortable. This is more than the value for money. Their breakfast is the best I have ever had. Awesome staff. Best views in Knysna.

The scenery, the location, and the accommodation was exceptional. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful

Having an automated generator would help. The one day we were there the weather was cold and gloomy, I wanted to take a shower, but because we were load-shedding, and the generator was off, the water was cold. I had to wait for the generator to kick in before I could have a shower. That was a downer for me

The location on the Knysa heads was fantastic, the building from the architecture special, friendly staff and nice breakfast.

There were many things, that were a NO GO for such a luxurious accomodation in this price-range. - so dirty windows The highlight on the accomodation is the view. Unfortunately they were so dirty, especially in the room with the bathtube, that we couldnt enjoy it. - many dust in the room for example both lamps on the bedside tables - dirty tea-light glasses - long hairs in the bathtube - a used milk in the roomfridge - There must be a defect on the bathtub plug because the water comes out automatically. That means you can't take a bath without refilling the water - NO lights in the house if there is loadshedding (no electricity in South Africa). We came back at 10 p.m. from Dinner and to get to the room, you have to go through the house. This was completely dark. You need lights for that. - Of course we have currently daily loadshedding in South Africa. BUT a luxus accomodation like this should have an solution to offer electricity the whole time, like for example with a generator or solar panels. There are much cheaper accomadation on the market which soluted the topic for the guest. -With no electricity is also the topic that you don't have warm water, so can't have a shower or use the beautiful bathtube. -> If you can not offer electricity the whole time your staff have to inform the guest, that they now, that they have to plan, when they can have a shower after a daytour. I travelled a lot, these are all points that can be improved. I hope you can change it, because this place has potential. P.S If would be a nice touch to have winglasses direct in the room.

They did not have any ice and their bar stock on e.g. tonic was very limited, which when one has this making view, one might want to enjoy just a G&T and not a whole bottle of wine.

The crew was amazing! Everyone is so lovely! The view from the room was outstanding! Loved the design of the guesthouse! And the breakfast was amazing! Also the cappuccino was great (and we are coffee lovers, not easy to impress ;) )

Beautiful accommodation overlooking the Knysna Heads. The room was well designed and spacious, and the staff were always very helpful. Breakfast was also made to order and was so delicious. Could not have asked for more from our stay!

The accommodation is located up on a hill. We had a little trouble finding it initially, but this was not a major issue. A sign outside the front door could be helpful.
