Comfortable and convenient accommodation at a great price. Good location, in a more ‘real’ part of Larnaca but only a short walk to the beach and more touristy areas.

This was one of the best apartments ever! Wonderful and friendly owner of the apartment, has everything you need, you can cook in the kitchen, wonderful veranda, in general, great! I recommend! And thank you very much for the warm welcome!)

- Tv signal had an issue - You can't leave anything outside because of ants - Dead cockroach found next to the bed on the floor

Great experience. The apartment was very clean and it had everything I needed (microwave, washing machine, iron, etc). The manager Costa was very friendly and it was great that he was easily available if I needed anything! Very happy with my stay at Marina apartments. I will 100% stay there again!

PROS: - Very large fully furnished apartment in a large residential building. Apt was very clean and well maintained - Cloths washer inside the apt was a nice surprise, were able to do laundry during our stay - Fully stocked kitchen was really useful, we went to the market and picked up sandwiches to make and heat up on the sandwich press. Also was left over coffee grounds and sugar which I used to make my morning coffee. - Good WIFI - Towels and linens provided - Since we were delayed a bit on arrival, host called me to ensure we were on our way. I appreciated this, instead of just cancelling the reservation. - Check our process was super easy, we were told to just leave the key on the table and leave the door unlocked. - Several eating options and a couple markets right around the corner - Owners were friendly and helpful

CONS: - I would have preferred there was a 24 hour reception situation, similar to other hotels and hostels. This was more like an Air B&B because it was reliant on coordinating with the owners meeting and providing the key to check in. Due to us not specifying a correct/exact arrival time, we had to wait for the owner to come from another location to meet us outside the building and let us in. Wasn't a long wait, about 10-15 minutes. - No toiletries provided - Shower was a bit wonky, water didn't get quite hot during our showers but was otherwise fine

Very friendly and helpful host. Always available and ready to help. Using this apartment for several times now for different friends and family who needed to spend a night.
