Everything was ok

Three days before arriving in Lomé the hotel offered us a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. We communicated our flight number and arrival time. Outside the arrival hall where they were supposed to be waiting for us with a clear sign of the hotel… there was no one; except for local taxi drivers incessantly asking us if we needed a ride. Via the wifi of the airport we couldn’t reach the hotel. In the end one of the local taxi drivers called the hotel for us. They told us that their taxi would be there very soon. It took two more phone calls with the phone of a local taxi driver and another 45 (!) minutes before a shabby car arrived to pick us up. We accepted this as a part of the culture but upon arrival instead of the manager Christine offering apologies she started shouting at us and stormed off to continue eating 10 meters further in the restaurant of the hotel, leaving us and the friendly lady at the reception behind. Apart from this shocking treatment, lovely place!

The property is just beautiful. It's by a pristine private beach. It's super clean and the waters are refreshing. I was planning to stay for only one night, I ended up extending my stay for additional 2 nights. Glad to have food not very spicy.

As a vegan, I didn't have many food choices. There is a pesto salad on the menu and an avocado salad. The chef was able to make a vegan fried rice for me. Too much carbs. Adding some vegan proteins to the menu will be great. Vegans are no longer few. We are growing and even meat eaters order vegan foods when given a choice!

Right on a private beach, with a nice garden and good restaurant. Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Credit cards accepted!

The rooms were comfortable and the WiFi worked well. The rooms were well cleaned and it is directly located on the beach.

The location is in a slum/village. The charging sockets were two pinned and the hotel didn't make provision for those who have 3 pinned chargers though the receptionist helped with charging.

the resort full filled my expectations. the room was very clean and comfortable, the food was exceptional and the stuff very friendly.

the property is located in a weird neighborhood that doesn’t make you feel very safe at the beginning. the stuff and the guards are always around the property to make you feel more confortable and safe.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are nice, the restaurant and bar are fun, food amazing!

location was a bit outside the center, not so attractive to go for walks. Various people warned us a lot that the location was dangerous, however I felt safe and traveled around by gozem and taxi

Ourroom was very close to the ocean. We enjoyed the sound of the waves and the view from our front terrace.

We didn’t have WiFi for one full day. A short time after settling in, a hawker selling shoes knocked loudly on the door. We didn’t open the door.

Conveniently located. Contientious management and staff. Clean restaurant with a full menu.

- The food was excellent. - The staff was without fail very friendly and responsive.

- It is built right next to as shantytown that sometimes hums with music. - The road leading to the hotel hasn't been maintained since independence (literally). Our taxi got stuck because of that, and we had to ask some locals to free us.

The hotel is located rather close to the airport. The restaurant and staff are wonderful. There are also several other clean resorts in a very short walk down the beach if you want to try another cuisine, snack, or swim in a pool during the day.

A rather typical issue - there are mosquitoes that get into the rooms. This could be addressed by hanging mosquito nets in the rooms or installing ceiling fans to make it harder for them to land on you while you sleep.
