The beautiful garden and swimming pool, really peaceful.

It’s hard to find fault as it was so lovely, but maybe there could be air con in the living room.

Location was ideally placed in-between pernera and protoras and good welcome pack

No safety box No Aircon in living room although fan supplied

On arrival to the property, we were extremely pleased with the outside. The villas mature garden and it’s lovely trees around which give some much needed shade from the intense sun. The main highlight was the very large pool which was so lovely to have during our stay. The pool is cleaned twice weekly. The property was very clean. Excellent communication from the villa owners, if we had any issues they were very quick to respond. We had a very early flight in, so the complementary food items which were provided for our arrival was a lovely touch. I was very impressed with how well the property has been organised. Towels plentiful, you have a cupboard full of different coloured towels for different parts of the house. Blue- for the pool, cream towels - for indoor shower use. Loved the outside shower, hot water can get very hot so be careful with little ones. So much thought has been put into making this villa a home from home feel.

The signage to the property needs to be better, our taxi driver had real difficulties finding it. No air conditioning in the main lounge and kitchen area. it’s a large area which could greatly benefit from this as it gets very hot inside without it! also the windows could do with blackout blinds to help reduce the heat internally. Water pressure isn't great but I think this is a regional thing? Finally The kitchen is large and has everything for your stay but I think the property could also benefit from a kitchen refurbishment as it’s starting to look a little tired and dated in places.

I love the house. It is an excellent choice if you want to relax and enjoy the swimming pool. The house and the garden outside was very clean!

The villa was very homely with all the equipment needed for a lovely stay was very impressed with the kitchen. The pool was lovely and they even provided some water toys for the kids

The garden toys such as swings and playhouse could have done with a wipe down. The living room was rather warm maybe some air-conditioning in that room would help

Amazing garden! Peaceful and quiet place! The fence around the house doesn't allow your dog to go out. Our 18 months boy loved the small children's house in the garden. A baby cot and high chair was there for our boy (we had requested them before going there). Food delivery is available if you are using mobile apps like Foody. Strong wi-fi internet signal around the house. Smart tv with Netflix.

No A/C in the kitchen/living room. No bath (only shower). Only 1 toilet.

The Villa is very Homely. The garden was fantastic with a superb pool and patio area with plenty of shade from the sun and places to sit in the sun with plenty of sunbeds, the 4-poster bed was very comfy, the peacefulness of the surroundings and privacy from anyone else was very good, very clean and well kept villa and gardens, just a 15 min walk to a very good restaurant called Mojitos. A taxi into Protarus is only 8 euros. plenty of room inside the villa, its all open space with a pool table, wide screen TV, comfy sofa, very large fridge, good parking. loved watching the bearded dragons roam around and there was a visit from a praying mantis too. Spyros is a fantastic host and should be proud of his villa he has there. We will definitely be returning to the Villa when we come back to Cyprus. Absolutely loved it there.

Water pressure was low but so was our friends villa about a mile away, could do with more electric sockets especially in the bedroom by the mirrors for the use of a hairdryer for the wife, could do with a few more clothes hangers for the wardrobes, these were really minor things and we have struggled to find these and only mention them to help improve the property for others.
