Loved the singer on the weekend during our stay. Pool was warm and still open at night for a night swim. Love the hospitality of the servers at the restaurant. I like the individual clothes rack provided to each room - very useful with drying out wet clothes and towels.

I booked 2 rooms and made it clear beforehand months before the arrival that we are 5 pax which I paid on top of the original booking. However, upon our arrival and explaining the case (which was also confirmed weeks before our arrival by one of their staff via booking.com messaging), they only provided amenities for 4 pax and had to request additional items for the 5th person every day after housekeeping was done (we stayed 3x nights).

The location was fantastic. Just a few minutes to the beautiful beach. We like the foods too. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

1. Nice beach. It is very long and no people at all. Some days we were the only one on the beach. It is very beautyful you can walk to the places were there is no hotels and any people. 2. Seda restarants and shopping center nearby. Good choise of restaurants. 3. Nice alcoholoc and not alcoholic coctails.

We disliked a lot of things here. 1. Food and drinks are very expensive, almost nothing you can buy near the hotel. Long time to wait when room service comes. 2. Evening after evening bufet in the evening. Management trying to make you spend more. It is not cheap, it is beter to take a la carte. 3. Hot water in bassins in the evening. Absolutely uncomfortable. 4. Reception do not accept USD and EUR. No currency exchange nearby, only far away. 5. Room service every time you order food come to the room in their shoes. A lot of sand everywhere after. I was with the small kids, really tired to clean after room service. This is terrible and abolutely unacceptable. Afterall we paid 400+ USD for the hotel with poor service.

I only ate lunch and dinner there. It was a very pleasurable experience for me and my family. The staff tries very hard to do their best I did appreciate that always a positive attitude wherever I went. Job well done. Thank you.

right on the most beautiful beach!

Located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Philippines, the resort is really nice for those people who wants to feel in holiday and total relaxation. The staff is really nice, a special thank you to Diana for her professionalism and excellent guest relations. Quite place. The front sea bungalows are really amazing. Unfortunately there are some negative comments following which are really relevant and they prevent me from giving a 10 score to this place.

1)I came back as client twice and noticed that tourists from the resort were taking out of the water and touching the Sea Stars so kids could play or take pictures!!!Giving the fact that Sea stars will die after 3-5 minutes out of the water and as well if a human touch them, this is the resort responsibility to INFORM THE TOURIST!. I reported the matter to the reception and suggested to create some Alert Signs for tourist same as “ Do not Smoke” for example, “ Do not touch Sea stars and animals”. I came back to this resort after a month and They did not take any action at all. They completely ignored this situation but still they were able to add some “Do Not” paper cards in the check in room key folder ( Nothing related to animal and ecosystem protection). This is bad and management should take this seriously. 2) The shower was smelly and my room fridge was not working. 3) From 21.30pm it is impossible to get food not even fruits. 4) The Breakfast is really Asia and there are not many options for European clients. The buffet at 9 am was empty and there was not even fruit left ( I was told they run out of fruits). Too basic for an hotel who charges $230 per night. 5) There is not free shuttle transportation to get to the exit gate of the hotel. So if you want to get out, you can walk all the way up or pay the shuttle with the hotel fix price of 450 pesos ( around 8 dollars one way). Unacceptable for an hotel with such high room rates. Free shuttle would be a basic service to offer but I had to pay. 6) Massages. Not all the massage therapists are real experienced massage therapists. I had a massage and it was a nightmare so I had to stand up after 10 minutes. 7) Too many events, weddings and birthdays ( 2 out of 3 nights ).

Great access to the beautiful beach. Good food on offer.

Had to swim a good 100m off shore to house reef to get decent snorkelling.

The setting was so perfect that we didn't want to leave. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you, the pool was great but the beach was amazing with an exceptional view. Nothing better than dining watching that scene!

The staff in the whole resort are of excellent customer service. Larger rooms than neighbouring resort. Extensive food menu.

Breakfast buffet was very limited. You can request the kitchen to customise your food though.

this resort has the best beachfront compared to other resorts of its kind in Panglao. Beach is safe for kids, swimming pool is a good size, deepest area is 5 feet deep. breakfast is good but can be repetitive, perhaps add breakfast for first morning and then opt for other options if staying more than one night. common facilities are maintained. some of the rooms are dated and a bit dark, mostly the double bed rooms. I think the seafront rooms are better but pricey. beds are very comfortable but there’s some ants in the beddings which is not a biggie. no courtesy shuttle to Alona. return trips can be arranged for 350 pesos return for 3 people. would say two nights would be max for me to stay in this resort. it gets boring if more. like any resort in the Philippines staff here are exceptional!
