Chambre beaucoup trop petite espace entre lit et le mur quasi inexistant, salle de bain vétuste et joint noir dans les angles. Système d’eau chaude limite dangereux soit l’eau est froide soit elle est bouillante et aucune notice d’utilisation. Le jardin c’est une moquette synthétique. La balançoire n’a pas été nettoyée, du coup on a des excréments d’oiseau séché. 3 chaises de jardin alors que c’est une maison pour 5 personnes. Les autres restent debout !!! Le banc en bois dans le jardin à ne pas utiliser. il est totalement usé et du coup instable. Le pied d’un des lits est également à la limite de ceder. Annonce 2 places de parking ce n’est pas le cas,on doit se garer dehors devant la maison. Information de ne pas faire de bruit entre 8h et 20h, c’est plutôt bizarre.

Beautifully presented home. Very neat & clean. Ample storage space. Comfortable beds. Ample room for our family of four. Host provided a welcome pack which catered for our breakfast needs for the entirety of our stay. All necessary amenities provided. Host very responsive and helpful. Restaurants/pubs close by. Lovely walk along Medway just near home. Excellent location for exploring Kent/Sussex

Creaky floor boards were a pain upstairs on the landing...very loud if someone got up to go loo in middle of night!

Nice area right next to the River Medway. Easy access to the centre of Maidstone.

The house is looking dated, definitely in need of some upgrading as looking very tatty in areas. If this house is cleaned by a professional company, then they really need to get their act together. Lots of the cups are stained, and some of the mismatches of cutlery stained, ridiculous TV stand in the second bedroom, making it difficult to get out of the room, especially in the dark. The garden needs a good clean-up, as do the filthy windows. It just feels dirty as a good few cobwebs around. Poorly maintained bathroom. TV is virtually impossible to use as both the TV and Amazon stick remote controls are in need of new batteries. As we run a holiday company and service holiday rental properties, this falls well short of our standards. Would not stay here again, I'm afraid.

Our stay at the Riverside was perfect for what we needed. The communication with the management was really good. The house has everything we needed for our stay. And the location is great. Very quiet area right by the river.

Only one toilet in one bathroom for five people was a bit difficult. I should have read the house details more carefully.

The property is clean and in a quiet close. The house is really nice and is like home from home. The owners were fantastic at answering my questions prior to my stay. I highly recommend this property. Everything we needed was here, the bed were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. If you want to stay somewhere close to the town centre then this property is a great choice. I will be rebooking next year as we thoughingly enjoyed our stay.

Specious house with everything needed, in a very nice location if someone looking for a quiet relaxing holidays. Lots of greenery around, house is right on the river side
