some problem with opening windows

The apartment was close to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Apartment was fairly new and had all the basic things you would need for a stay.

The WiFi was so weak, that either we got the signal but didn't have any Internet or we didn't even get the signal. One evening there was no hot water for a while (too many guests had showers at the same time and the water heater couldn't cope?). I like a firm mattress, but the bed was hard as a rock.

It was good value for money, location was great, it was clean.

The girl on the counter was not customer -oriented at all. Nobody was there when we arrived, first of all. I called and she said she's coming not telling when. I went to wait in the car, however she never called back when she was on the place again. I called myself again to find out she was there. She was talking to me like I was a nuisance. It was written in the Booking description, that parking was free on the territory, which was important to us, as we had 2 three-year-old kids with us. She said that the parking is 'not guaranteed', which was a different message from what I got in the description. Thanks God a place was there for us. Another sad thing -- the water had a smell and a bad taste, even when boiled. So I'd advise buying drinking water.
