Tres agreable sejour dans un lieu charge d'histoire. Le jardin est un havre de paix. Situe dans le coeur historique de Cochin. Personnel tres chaleureux et professionnel. Tres bon moment

We only spent one short night at this very central hotel in Fort Kochi. Even so, the welcome we received when we arrived was very warm. We loved the swimming pool in the gardens and being able to sit out for a drink in the evening. Our bedroom was stunning and very comfortable. Because we couldn't have breakfast (due to our early departure) the staff kindly made us a picnic of sandwiches and fruit to take on our journey - a very thoughtful touch.
The mosquitoes in the garden in the evening were irritating - but staff put out incense sticks to deter them - and there are mosquitoes everywhere so this wasn't a problem exclusive to the hotel.

The Old Harbour Hotel is a haven. The gardens are tropical and filled with beautiful trees and flowers with exotic scents with a cacophony of birds singing. The pool is idyllic and everything is well tended by Rajeev.
The hotel is decorated minimally with beautiful Indian antiques including the bedrooms which have views to the gardens.
All of the staff were wonderful…. so friendly, helpful and experienced in looking after their guests, always with a smile on their faces. I will definitely be back!

Such a lovely building and gardens. Large high-ceiling rooms are very nice. The staff are super attentive and helpful. The location is in the old part of town and more quiet than the central parts.

The property was nice and clean. Location is good. Close the fishing nets and walking distance to good restaurants.

This hotel had a relaxed elegance which I found extremely charming. The gardens were delightful,cool and inviting after walks around the island.

This is a beautiful, historic hotel, very charming, with a lovely garden, outdoor dining under a glorious old tree, by a lily pond and the pool. The restaurant's food (we had breakfast and dinner) were superb.
The downsides are that it took almost 2 hours in traffic to reach the hotel from the airport, there is no wifi in the rooms (!!), The air-conditioning was under-powered, and there is no lift, so the luggage has to be hauled up the stairs. Also, on arrival, I asked them to cancel my room I had booked for the day we were flying out (4 days later) because our flight had been changed to depart at 1pm, and now that I saw how long the trip to the airport was, there would be no chance to come back there for the day, they said ok, but when I put the request through on Booking.com, I was told the hotel refused and had charged me the full amount.

We had an amazing stay in The Old Harbour Hotel. The staff were lovely, and we took full advantage of the yoga classes and breakfasts overlooking the gorgeous jungley garden. The garden view room was huge and spacious and came with mosquito repellent plug ins which we really appreciated. So much thought put into everything by all the people working at the Old Harbour. We had the very best time, and hope to see you again soon!

bed is very comfortable. the spacious room, bathroom and garden balcony
ac wasn’t cooling the first couple of days but the staff got it fixed as soon as we told them about it

Beautiful garden and cozy premises . Great food and nice, helpful staff
location right next to the chinese nets got pretty noisy and dusty . the property was ridden with mosquitos and with no mosquito net, sleeping at night was a constant battle with mosquitos . rooms felt overpriced when we compared them to other places in kerala we stayed at but that could just be a fort cochin factor .

the serene view from my hotel room, the Spanish/ European colonial inspired interiors and the hospitality of the staff were the highlight of my stay. it was like the best property to relax and unwind with nature ♥️
