What a great location and fun and relaxing view

Great waterfront apartment overlooking pool and intercoastal waterways. Plenty of room for all of us. Check in staff could have been friendlier if I’m being honest. They seemed to be quite abrupt to everyone. Overall a great stay.

This condo was perfect for my family - my husband and I, our two teenage daughters and my parents. We all had our own private areas, could cook our meals together and hang out in the dining room playing games and having family time. The beds were comfortable enough and the place was clean. Parking at Walmart was very convenient and the beach shuttle was quick and almost always ready to go with very little wait. The people who worked at the resort were very helpful and nice to us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!!

The condo was beautiful and clean. The location was great. We could walk or Uber anywhere we wanted to go. We had no issues while we were there. I would gladly stay there again.

Gorgeous condo and we loved this location. The unit was so clean and a perfect spot for the 5 of us - we loved watching boats thru the intercoastal and the bridge. Beach chairs were there as was a washer and dryer. Could use larger garbage cans for the bathrooms and kitchen but we managed with our own bags. Checking in was a bit chaotic as the one elevator was not working so we had to get engineering to come let us in then our key did not work. It took 3 or 4 trips to get our keys set up correctly for elevators and access to the condo. Also, the valet car service was not the best. We had no mechanism to call them to get car as they gave us an extension but there was no phone in condo. Also took over an hour to get our car. The rest of the weekend we just parked in Walmart parking lot and walked back and forth. Overall a great place except for the checkin and parking. Now we know and can adjust

The location and overall space were exactly as advertised and very good. However in no particular order: 1. Check in was very difficult. We were told to check in at the hotel but they had not been informed of our early check in because no email had been sent from the property manager. It took a long time for them to agree to let us in. Then the first time they keyed our cards it wasn’t done correctly and we had to go back down and wait in line again while they rekeyed them. 2. The place had a musty smell which took a day to dissipate. 3. The couch only seated 3 people and their were no chairs in the living room. With space for 6, that meant 3 people had to sit on dining room chairs to watch tv or be in the living room. 4. There was no written info in the condo such as about the WiFi, what to do with trash. The info the concierge gave us about the WiFi was completely incorrect. When we asked about trash disposal, we were not informed that the door to the hallway where the trash is will lock behind so, so we had to go all the way back down to the hotel and back across to the residences and up again. All other rentals we have stayed in have written helpful info for guests. 5. There is no parking option other than valet. It took forever to get our car every time- 5 to -10 minutes. The option to text or call ahead does not work so you have to go down and wait and wait while the attendants just stand around talking to each other. And it is $25 per day. 6. The bed in the master BR was horrible. It had a huge trench or ditch on one side so that the person sleeping on that side sunk into the bed about 2 feet. Getting out of bed was very difficult and the whole sleeping situation complete unacceptable in this room. 7. There were no beach towels provided. It’s right by the beach! Packing towels for 6 people takes up a lot of space. 8. There are no dressers in any of the bedrooms so everyone needs to live out of their suitcases- no way to unpack anything. 9. The door handle on the master bedroom is broken. It falls off so if you close the door all the way you can’t enter from the hallway. And if you close it and no one is in there you’re completely locked out of the room. 10. The place is not a resort as listed. The pool is not an infinity pool and is way too small for a whole hotel and a whole residence building. There are not nearly enough seats.
