Cozy and comfortable new apartment
Neue Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer, die 4 Personen. Weniger als eine Meile von der Innenstadt, wo der Hauptstraße mit rotem Backstein Geschäfte, Galerien, Bistros und mehr gefüttert.
Wir haben vier Fahrräder zur Verfügung, frische Eier täglich, und Informationen darüber, wo in Coeur d'Alene zu erkunden. Wir haben Parkplätze vor Ort hinter einem Tor, Bar b que für das Kochen im Freien, nahe allen wichtigen Veranstaltungen wie Ironman, Auto d'Alene, Kunst auf dem Grün, etc in der Innenstadt von CDA sicher.
Wir leben auf dem gleichen Grundstück und wird da sein, wenn Sie ankommen. Wenn aus irgendeinem Grund können wir nicht dort zu sein, haben wir eine Schlüsselfeld, das wir mit Ihnen für den Code und wie man durch das Tor treten wird zu kommunizieren.

This is a very nice cozy, quiet neighborhood. The accommodations are comfortable, clean & well stocked. The owners are very nice. We enjoyed ourselves and our visit.

The apartment is as described on the listing. The apartment is clean, and the kitchen has everything you will need to do your own cooking. The location is close to the town and stores (Costco, Safeway, North 40, Tire shops, gas stations, coffee shops and restaurants, etc.). In the Winter, the streets and highway to Lake Coeur d'Alene are plowed for safe driving. Parking is right outside of the unit behind a private fence. The apartment is a detached unit in a good residential area. I will stay here again when I come back to the area.

Location was very convenient to downtown CDA. Starbucks and grocery stores are nearby. We used the kitchen to cook our dinner each night and had everything we needed! TV was small for us college football fans but it’s definitely NOT a reason not to stay…overall we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay!

This place was a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. The property is beautiful and is super close to the lake. The owners are very nice, and communication was easy. We'd love to stay here again the next time we're in the area!

This was the perfect stay for me - I stayed here alone for two nights and felt completely safe & secure. The bed was comfy and the apartment stayed cool even in the hot summer temps. The location is awesome - so easy to pop downtown or the riverfront area. I didn’t meet the owners but had no need to get in touch with them for anything because the apartment is totally stocked and easy to get into. they let me know ahead of time that they wouldn’t be there on my arrival, but left instructions for getting in.
Overall I am super happy with the experience and would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was clean, well maintained, nicely furnished, and it has great parking. It had everything I needed. I90 is quickly accessible; it was perfect for my trip to Sandpoint and couple of trips to Post Falls. The owners are extremely friendly. They are not intrusive and only engaged when I initiated conversation.

Super cute and cozy. We stay at lots of VRBO's and this little place is adorable. Clean, cozy and owners are the best. I forgot an item and they were beyond accommodating in helping return it to me. You don't get much better than this. We will be returning for sure.

Renting was fine. Getting a hold of the owner was a little difficult but we came in late.

Property as described. Well maintained, very clean. Owner greeted us on arrival. Kitchen seemed to be well stocked, though we did not prepare any meals. Window air conditioner in bedroom window prevented us from opening the window. Had to use the ceiling fan for air circulation and the noise took some getting used to. Bed was a bit soft and we could have used another set of pillows. Limited restaurants in walking distance but neighborhood was quiet. Greatly enjoyed breakfast at the Garnet Cafe.

This a very clean and comfortable 1 bedroom apt with nice upgrades including a beautiful kitchen and tiled step in shower. The apt is located close to downtown Coeur d'Alene with easy access to parks, biking and hiking trails. Chris and Maria are lovely hosts. Any questions or needs I presented, they responded in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommending staying here.

The apartment is between downtown and the interstate, so it's a great starting spot for hiking, golfing or floating a river. It had everything we needed and plenty of space to unpack for the five days we were there. Exceptional value too.

The apartment was cozy and well kept. We had everything we needed and were close to NIC (where we needed to be). We really loved the place.
Our only problem was communicating with the owners to get into the property. Had to call HomeAway to finally get the information. Never did hear directly from the owner. Bummer.
