The property was great. My only issue is the trouble I am having obtaining an invoice after our stay. I can only find a copy of the "VRBO Fee" invoice. I can find no phone number to call for help from VRBO, This, no help line, is a disappointment.

We were very happy with the apartment

Cozy 2nd floor space with plenty of room. Really value-priced, this place was much nicer than some similar priced places!

My wife and I stayed at this upper floor apartment for four nights. Everything was great. Very clean. Nice hardwood floors. Lots of space. Full dining room for those who need it. Kitchen is well stocked for those who want to cook. The neighborhood is beautiful—great for evening walks. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This cozy place is in a great location and within walking distance to Luther Seminary. Great place for students to rent for intensives!

Checkin was a little confusing, but easy. Owner lives on property and was there to let us in. House is old and in need of some minor repairs, which are ongoing. Space was too big for a couple, but location was perfect for us.

Beautiful neighborhood, nice property and very convenient for what we needed to be close to our family in the neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this St. Anthony’s Park VRBO. The space was very clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of clean towels and extra sheets available. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous with tons of mature trees and native plants to enjoy while walking and a five minute walk to a small town area with shops and restaurants. The only improvement needed would be making the key easier to get in and out of the locks. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it and come back in the future.

My friends and I have enjoyed staying here when we travel to St. Paul for our classes at Luther Seminary nearby. We are able to walk to campus easily, enjoy the neighborhood, and get comfortable rest.

It was a great location for our long weekend. Lived-in feel made it comfortable for hanging out between events. Sleeper sofas provided more beds, but not very comfortable. Have stayed before, would stay again.

Love the location of this property. Quiet neighborhood and close to all we wanted to do. Really enjoyed being able to walk over to little shopping area to get quick snacks/groceries and enjoy the restaurants. Great space to gather with family and friends

We had a lovely stay. Excellent hosts for our MN visit!

Minnesota winter was acting up and Robert was super flexible with our arrivals which we appreciated so much. This Vrbo is home away from home.

Staying here has allowed our group of seminary peers to better get to know each, build foundational relationships, and SAVE MONEY. The location is convenient to school (walking) and food (coffee every morning at the bistro on the way to class). When the cost is shared with 2 or 3 others, it beats the cost and inconvenience of the suggested hotel.

The accommodations were comfortable with plenty of room.
Old fashioned charm. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

As usual, it was a wonderful experience! There was a problem with the water heater and it was fixed quickly!

Our group of Luther Seminary students had a great experience at Robert's place! The apartment was spacious enough that even with four adults, we never felt like we were on top of each other! Robert was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The neighborhood is beautiful and within walking distance to tasty restaurants and a great park! We'd love to stay again.

We love to stay here for our seminary intensive classes - such a beautiful, quiet place!

My siblings had a chance to get together and visit our childhood home and visit relatives. This place was perfect for us to gather and reminisce. Living room great for watching TV and CDs while dining room served well as a bright area for everyone to play games. Outdoor patio also had seating room and privacy for us to relax , play games and relax. Everyone happy with kitchen and bedrooms. We could not have asked for more except another bathroom. But we knew beforehand and coped well.

Loved the neighborhood. Truly is quiet and perfect for our family of 6. The walk to the market and great restaurants in the area (colossal cafe was wonderful) is a huge plus with a family. We even made it out to the school and several playgrounds in the area.
The actual house was older but it added to the charm. We met one of the owners and she was wonderful. For the neighborhood and price this was a hundred times better than anything else I found in the area and I’m glad we chose to stay here.

Loved staying at this property! My husband and our two daughters (age 2 and 4mo) visited St. Paul for a family reunion and this spacious house was perfect for us. This property is accommodating for children: a rocking chair in the back bedroom, a room with twin beds, and a baby toy in the living room. There is a wide selection of DVDs (loved the collection of Wes Anderson films!). Our only wish is that we would have been able to meet the host family living downstairs.

Second time staying here, great location with easy access to Mpls/StP and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Also close to our family so we’ll be back!

We had a wonderful 2+ week stay with our family of five (kids aged 5, 3, 1). The rental had plenty of room and everything we needed, including a nice bonus room off the master for me working remotely during the stay. Robert and his family (who live on the first floor) were extremely friendly and welcoming. They had plenty of toys in the yard to help keep my young kids entertained in the yard. Thank you for the lovely stay!

This was such a find. Nestled in a great neighborhood in St Anthony Park. It was just what we had hoped for. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment is roomy and sunny and clean and very comfortable. We hope to return many times! It was just perfect.

I grew up in St. Anthony Park and love this area of the Cities. The location of Robert’s house was perfect for our visit as we could walk to the many neighborhood conveniences — restaurants, groceries, post office, library, parks. There were some complications with my reservation regarding dates and fees, and it took a while to resolve them through the VRBO system but ultimately we did. The apartment was perfect for our needs.

We absolutely loved the layout and convenience of the property to use as the prep site in the hours before out Daughter's wedding. It was much more spacious than we imagined - besides the 5 adults who stayed in the unit, we had over 15 people in the unit working on pre-wedding activities at one time and it didn't feel crowded. The neighborhood is beautiful and charming and within easy walking distance to two coffee shops and 2 great restaurants, as well as a small grocery store and an ace hardware. Perfect for easy traveling to both St. Paul and Minneapolis and both U Minn. campuses. Easy 30 minute drive to airport.

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood that was very convenient to get to downtown or wherever we wanted to go. The apartment was nice with everything we needed.
If I could give half stars, I would rate this 4.5. Just some minor nit picking on things to be expected for a second floor apartment in an old house. Creaky floors, thin windows, etc. That said, I would stay here again.

Great place, convenient location, beautiful and safe neighborhood, clean and well equipped home! Robert and family were welcoming and kind. We couldn’t ask for a better stay. Thank you! We’ll be back!

Spacious, sunny apartment in a beautiful neighborhood two blocks from our son. There were some minor issues with extension cords for the AC, messy laundry area and non functioning smoke detectors, but the owner was responsive to our requests.

My family stays here regularly when we visit the twin cities and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
