Oleander - Charming Cottage Downtown - Steps to the Beach!
Dieses Cottage ist eines von fünf Cottages im Casas de la Playa - Zentralkomplex in der Innenstadt von Flagler Beach. Es wurde kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, einen Wohnbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und eine Veranda mit Blick auf den Garten. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett und der Wohnraum hat zwei Schlafsofas. Das Haus ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und zu Fuß zu Bars, Restaurants, Geschäften, dem örtlichen Museum und vielen anderen Orten. Es verfügt über Kabel-TV und WLAN.

Oleander is a little slice of heaven for those of us that are low key and down to earth. This eclectic little cottage is 1/2 a block off all that Flagler has to offer, including the beach, gift shops, lively bars and first class food…..all within walking distance from your own private parking at Oleander.
Having booked a lot of host houses throughout the US, I can say with great confidence that Andrea is THE BEST host (and I’ve had a lot of great ones) I’ve ever encountered. Not only did he answer all my pesky questions in the weeks leading up to our visit, but he also provided great flexibility on my arrival. His cottage provides all the simplest provisions (beach chairs and umbrella, small cooler, etc.), but he also quickly replaced a missing items to ensure that we had a comfortable day at the beach.
It’s not the Ritz folks, but it’s home. ♥️

Perfect spot to park your car and walk all around Flagler Beach. Close to restaurants and fun surf shops.

The location is perfectly walkable to anywhere on Flagler Beach that you want to go. We had our dog, so it is a bit of a hike to get to dog beach. Walked it once, then drove the other times.
Weather was miserable, so it was important to us to have so many restaurants nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at the Oleander cottage. We loved Betty Steflik Nature Preserve and all the attractions, restaurants, bars, etc. nearby. The location was convenient and Andres was a pleasure to work with. We had the opportunity to meet him during our stay and he was very gracious. The cottage is old time Florida but very well appointed. We would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location!!! This very cute beach cottage is close to everything... the beach, wonderful restaurants, and more. So, if you like to park your automobile after arrival and not use it again until time to leave this is the place for you. Definitely would stay here again!

If you enjoy hotel chains with stale, identical rooms…or if you love waiting for a crowded elevator at a condo…this isn’t the place for you…BUT…if you want a unique, comfortable little cottage with a “local” vibe, this is the one!! It’s located in the heart of Flagler Beach but is enclosed with beautiful landscaping for privacy. The entry way lights up with colored lights at night, perfect for relaxing at the patio table and enjoying the ocean breeze…in the morning, it’s a one minute walk to watch sunrise on the beach! Andres provides everything you need and is such a thoughtful host! We absolutely loved this one and will definitely be returning!

This was our first experience using VRBO and my husband & I were very pleased. The accommodations were very comfortable and very clean. Andres', our contact person, sent text prior to arrival time and offered for us to contact him if we should have a problem. Happy to say that everything was perfect! I've already referred a friend for their next get away!.

The place was perfect for what we were looking for. Perfect little neighborhood and location. Quick walk across A1A to the beach and little shops/diners everywhere. My wife and daughter loved the place as well. Looking forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was super clean and thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch in the evening. The location was perfect as well in relation to shops, restaurants and the beach. The host was lovely to deal with. We will definitely be back!

This is our third visit to this property and we will be back again! Andres made sure that everything was well stocked and well prepared for our visit. He is very responsive to questions and concerns. This place is a short walk to everything: great restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend this property.

Our host was great and left us a bottle of wine and two glasses! My husband especially liked our own private cottage to relax in. Only couple small issues - the music at Finn's is loud and goes late and you can hear it in the cottage. The neighbor had a dog they walked every morning at 6:30am that barked right outside. The bathroom doors are vented so wouldn't offer much privacy for someone with kids or sharing with another couple

Very friendly Host. The location was close to everything which was both a plus and minus. Very hard to sleep on weekends if on the couch because Finn's bar played music until 2 am. Could be heard in the living room. Great yard for dogs. Outside furniture very rusty and sould be replaced.

One of the best kept secrets on VRBO. This is a perfectly located property in a small fishing style beach town with a tight and welcoming community. The property was spectacular and had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
