Rooms were great but there is no hot tub at location yet it says so in listing.
Also property manager did not answer our request for help on door security codes or no working living room TV.

We had a great time at Snug Harbor. We would definitely come back. It is an active restaurant so it was a little noisy at night and parking can be at a premium in the evening but nothing we couldn’t handle. The location is beautiful. We had Suite 2, which is the second level. The check in/out was all by email so very easy instructions. Ate dinner two nights at the restaurant. We did the Butcher board one night and BBQ board the next. Fabulous. Mornings are very quiet and peaceful with a nice sunrise over the lake. Close proximity to many wineries. We would like to come back and stay again.

We had a great stay. Although we stayed above the restaurant, it was pretty quiet and felt very private. We had amazing views of Keuka lake. The residence was situated in a great location with nearby hiking, vineyards, breweries, and nearby Hammondsport, a great little town with great charm and good restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place. It was odd not to have an indoor dining area (just a teensy table). In warmer weather the deck area would have been great. Outdoor lighting around the two concrete stairways we had to navigate was dim, and covered with leaves, wet and slippery upon our arrival due to the weather. We had cause to call Derek, the maintenance person, who picked up right away and solved the issue immediately.

This place was the perfect place for our little getaway to explore the Hammondsport area. The rental was very clean and offered a picturesque view of the lake from a spectacular porch. There’s nothing better than to have breakfast while watching sun rise.

We stayed over Labor day weekend. It was very relaxing. The place was easy to get to and convenient to everything. The place was clean and spacious . The front deck was amazing you could fit A very large group of people. The only thing I wished they had were a coupe of ceiling fans that circulated the air.

Second time staying here . First was top floor. This time on second level was great . Will come back .view was great. Enjoyed the veranda for coffee in morning, so quiet and peaceful. Used table to eat and play games. Would recommend this suite.

This is our second time staying at Snug Harbor and both times were amazing. Perfect location, wonderful view, beautiful condo/suite and convenient to everything you need at the Finger lakes. Keuka lake is our all time favorite place to relax!

Beautiful lake front view from deck. Conveniently located minutes from the town that has some pretty good restaurants and ice cream joints. Of course located just minutes from all the wonderful wineries and vineyards. Just an amazing place to visit!! Go if you can…you will not be disappointed!

After growing up on Keuka Lake and living around the country for a few decades, I returned to the lake for a few days of R&R. My Snug Harbor suite immediately felt like my home away from home. The welcoming accommodations and cleanliness went well beyond my expectations. And lake views from the large deck were outstanding. I hope to get back again soon.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Snug Harbor. The property is beautiful. Modern and nicely appointed. The beds are super comfy. The accommodations are private. And during our stay it was very quiet. We were there Monday-Thursday morning. 4pm check in was late for us. But, we understand the owner needs time for cleaning. The view of the lake from the relaxing veranda is lovely. We would definitely stay again.

A scrupulously clean apartment with an enormous covered porch overlooking the lake. Every conceivable amenity was provided and, when a few inconveniences developed, the host/contact saw that they were fixed, right away.

This is a very nice property. We were in suite 2, 2nd floor right on the lake. Beautiful view from large balcony same view from inside. The property manager, Dierick, as well as the owner, Tim , were most happy to help with anything we needed. Everyone there is ready to help and very friendly.

We loved the place already but when we were gifted with a a bottle of Champagne, we we were over the moon! Definitely a place to which we shall return!

The location was just right for the hiking and site seeing we wanted to do. We enjoyed the lakeside view and the deck area was relaxing.
The interior had everything we needed.
However, it was in need of a serious cleaning. The rugs were filthy and need to be replaced and the bathroom sink faucet squeaked badly with every use.
Such a lovely place deserves better attention.

Loved our stay. Very comfortable place right above a nice restaurant/bar. Property came with a boat slip, and is close to a launch, super convenient. Just a couple minutes from Hammondsport, half an hour from Watkins Glen, Penn Yan, as well as Keuka Lake state park. A lot of great wineries close by too, awesome location!

Excellent, expansive 2nd story porch overlooks beautiful lake, only 1 mile to Hammondsport, can see from there. Lovely suite, huge refrigerator, dw, mahogany counter, washer & dryer. Dock for boat—thank you! I like the locking system.
Only needed a spatula; everything else was there. No communication with question on docking arrangements or any specifics, guests are totally on their own. No people around for 2 days.

Tranquil setting with a great lake view. Suite #2 provided everything we needed and was very clean and orderly. Already booked for next year. The restaurant below provided no disruption and the visitors to the suite above provided no disruption, as well. We would highly recommend. The large covered deck gave us a very relaxing venue.

The Snug Harbor was a very relaxing place with a great view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee or later in the day for taking a quick nap after touring the surrounding area.
Very clean only complaint is we had to smell the wonderful food that was being prepared in the restaurant below!

We were pleased with our stay. The suite was extremely large and the balcony too. The only thing that I would offer is to include some complementary coffee/tea and maybe a bottle of local wine. We were unsure of the maid service envelope as we didn't have anyone come in daily to make up the bed or take out the trash - we did leave some money though. Thank you.

Snug Harbor Suites is in a beautiful location! The suite was clean and well appointed. The porch overlooking the lake was perfect. Even with the restaurant open, it was quiet and peaceful. The day is was closed while we were there was like having the place to ourselves. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

This was a great base for touring wineries, parks, and other attractions in the region. The unit was sparkling clean, fully equipped, and the deck view was lovely.

This place is perfect for those who want to be able to wake up to a stunning view of the lake. Everything as expected from the pictures was at your disposal to allow for a perfect transition into vacation mode. Close to Hammondsport for dining and shopping.. most wineries were no more than a half hour away. We will be back for sure!

We both loved our suite and large deck which we enjoyed everday. Our suite was close to Hammondsport and the entire region. We toured 7 wineries and the historical town of Watkins Glenn also. We will return !! Only suggestion- floor lamp in the living room by the sofa for those that enjoy reading.

This place is absolutely stunning! It's clean. It's modern. Great location. It has everything you could possibly want. But all that aside, the view is amazing! You'll never want to leave the porch! We will definitely be going back!

Property is well suited to make your stay relaxing and easy. Restaurant is very good and just downstairs. Besides being on the lake the area offers many laid back amenities to be enjoyed.

This property was everything it stated, great location, updated everything, private patio and the owners took great care in ensuring that everything you may need is available.
I especially enjoyed the parking across the street since lake parking can get very dangerous and tight-their lot across the street is deep enough to turn around safely and not worry about oncoming traffic.
We were thrilled with our stay and so thankful to have found this property. We will be back!

Love the suite and location will definitely book again. Only one thing I would like to comment on the out door porch needed attention dead leaves on floor and dead flowers in vase on table, spider webs everywhere, but the view ( awesome ).

We loved waking up on the lake and enjoying our coffee on the veranda. Was so nice to have direct access to our boat right out front. The restaurant manager Joel was very helpful in directing us around town.

We came to Snug Harbor to enjoy a quiet and romantic getaway for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The accommodations were nice, the scenery was gorgeous and it was just the relaxing week we were hoping for! We visited about 15 different wineries in the area and went to Watkins Glen State Park which had amazing hiking trails to beautiful waterfalls! We’d definitely stay again at Snug Harbor if traveling to the area in the future!
