Das Haus blickt auf ein Mangroven-Reservat. Das bedeutet, dass Sie nicht in ein anderes Zuhause über einen Kanal schauen und nicht am Bräunungsbad am Pool arbeiten. House was great! Started with an easy check in, beautiful location, and so much provided (ie kayaks, pool things, bikes) to make this a great place to stay! Would definitely come back again!

From the beginning of us booking till the end, it was so easy. Mike responded every time quickly. House was fully stocked and super clean!! So many toys to play with. It's a beautiful quiet place to relax and have some fun. We will be back ! Thank you

The host was amazing, very responsive, very polite, all around amazing. The house was everything as stated, the pool was great early morning and late evening. We enjoyed kayaking, and the games in the entertainment center after a day out of the house. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the rest of the house. Would definitely stay here again. We had teenagers down stairs and parents plus littles upstairs. Worked great for us.

We escaped the Minnesota winter to spend a week in the sunshine. The house was great, we enjoyed the pool and loved exploring the canals in the kayaks. Our kids were even able to catch some fish and paddle beside dolphins!

Although the weather was bad, we had a nice stay. It was close to the beaches, shopping and the restaurants we like. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Naples!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and an easy drive to downtown Naples. We loved taking the kayaks out for exploring, bird watching, and fishing. We also enjoyed sitting by the firepit at night. The house was equipped with everything we needed and Mike is an excellent host who responded right away to any questions we had. We’re hoping to stay here again next year!

Property is just as described. We loved kayaking right out back. Location is nice, quiet and walkable. Host was extremely responsive and was happy to make sure we had everything we needed and even turned up the pool temperature ahead of our arrival. Pool, patio and deck are lovely and clean - beds are comfy. Kitchen is pretty well-stocked for cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - no complaints!

This property was the perfect spot for our peaceful family getaway. Very quiet and private neighborhood, but close to the beaches and restaurants. We used the kayaks, pool, and the downstairs area was great for the kids. We all fished off the dock, and the outside area was great for family dining, the dog enjoyed it too!

My dear friend and I wanted a place where we could find a little peace. We found it. Right on the water, the house is wonderful. We even met a very curious dolphin while sitting on the dock. Quiet neighborhood but only a short drive to anything you could need. The house is well appointed, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the couch is comfy. Also, great hosts. Stay here. Trust me. There’s something magical about it. You’ll love it.

Booked this for a business trip, and it was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Quaint old Florida neighborhood, comfortable home, and all the amenities needed to make it a wonderful and easy stay. Host was extremely friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

There are not enough things to say about this property! Everything was top notch. House was comfy, clean & had all we needed & more! The pool & outside area were far above our expectations! The location is exactly what we were looking for. TK was more than helpful & a wonderful host! A very peaceful & family friendly neighborhood.

We were in town for a funeral and wanted a place to gather with family. This was perfect with a huge patio and comfortable open living/kitchen area. We also loved the pool. TK was a perfect host.

This home is in a perfect location by several beaches, the house is fully stocked with everything you need…we enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock, grilling & surrounding beaches.. The owner is a very nice Man who is very helpful & accommodating…this property has every amenity you could dream of- 5 stars, we had a great time & the place was super comfortable with extra room to spare for our party of 6. We will be planning a trip back to this same location soon!

Home is spacious, pool is heated, enough towels and bedding for all.
Dock was small, not for families that want to bring a boat to keep docked there. There is a marina/ramp 2 minutes away- not a terrible alternative at all. If you want to sit around and fish off the dock then this is a beautiful and peaceful place to do so. We saw a dolphin early in the morning on our first day of rental.
The house needs some TLC. Some of the furnishings are outdated and need to be changed- family room’s couch was uncomfortable, some of the area rugs need cleaning and outdoor space needs love.
If you have an elderly person joining you or someone with a physical disability please note that dining, kitchen and master bedroom are on the second floor.
TK the owner was very nice and attentive. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and the garage is fully stocked with coolers, water toys, chairs etc.

This was one great property location to beaches, restaurants shopping & golf. The fishing off the dock was fantastic as well, also passing manatees and wildlife.

Our stay was wonderful. We asked TK to turn the heat down in pool as we are hearty Northeasterners and want a refreshing dip. The property is lovely, private and quiet.
Constructive criticism is that the patio furniture (chairs and chaise lounges) are overdue to be replaced. Frayed webbing to the point that I thought I would fall through as I sat. Cushions need replacing.
The downstairs twin bedroom is for children. We had two adults in that room for 4 days and it is way too small for adults. The bedrooms downstairs are also damp and musty and could use a dehumidifier.
Lastly, if you have older adults staying here, please note the spiral staircase could be problematic.
Other than that, it is exactly as advertised and a wonderful peaceful place.

The property would be perfect for a family. Parents could stay upstairs in the master suite while kids could have their own space downstairs. It wasn’t ideal for a ladies get a way. Enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

This property is nicer than described. The only negative is that it is not for sale. The layout is amazing, perfect for adults and kids alike! The owners put many personal touches into the property that it felt like home. Close to EVERYTHING. You won’t be disappointed with this one!

Our family is very appreciative of TK's property and his hospitality. It was the perfect place to use as our "home base" during our visit to Naples. Plenty of room for the entire family.....very nice accommodations.......quiet neighborhood on a canal.....easy access to main roads and beaches......great meeting place for our family when we simply wanted to enjoy what the property had to offer (pool,, patio, decks, grill, etc.).

Awesome property! TK was a great host. Always quick to respond. Knows the area well and some great suggestions for restaurants, activities, shopping Etc. This property exceeded our expectations! Pool, dock, canal with local wildlife. Dolphin, pelicans, several species of Herin, American Bald Eagle. Great neighborhood. Quiet and very dog friendly. Been going to North Naples for 20 years and this place was perfect! House was spacious and well maintained and close to our favorite restaurants, gym, golf courses, beach. Will definitely be renting this property again!

We traveled to Naples on a family vacation. There were 6 of us. We never got check in instructions before arriving. We had to call Thomas and he let us know that the house was open and ready. A surprise when we arrived was that only the master bedroom was on the top floor. The other two bedrooms were on the lower level. The only way to get to those rooms was a metal spiral staircase or by going outside. The lower level rooms were musty and damp. The whole home needs some TLC. That goes for the yard too, as well as the pool chairs. The pool was not cleaned the whole week and the only treatment was a floaty with some chlorine tablets. One other thing - we had to hold the dishwasher up while loading it or the racks came flying out. This house could be a great place to stay but as i said it needs some work for sure.

This is our 3rd time vactioning in the area and this was by far our favorite location and house! The location is wonderful... a hidden gem! Neighbors were great, very dog friendly neighborhood. The home is very well stocked with every thing you'd need, plus some! Home has a great layout and the backyard is incredible. Pool was warm and clean. We saw dolphins swimming by in the canal almost daily. My husband caught snook, catfish, pompano and a jack crevalle. TK was very easy to work with and we really enjoyed the conversations we had with him. You can tell he genuinely wants his renters to be happy! We had the greatest vacation and are looking forward to returning!!
