Ein neu renoviertes Haus, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt! In der Nebensaison (Tag der Arbeit bis zum Gedenktag) vermieten wir nur die ersten beiden Etagen mit 6 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, zwei Küchen und zwei Decks. Während des Sommers vermieten wir das gesamte Haus: 8 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, 3 Küchen, 2 Decks, 4 Parkplätze und 10 Strandmarken.
Genießen Sie alles, was Ocean City, New Jersey, zu Fuß zu bieten hat. Wir haben das Anwesen gerade komplett renoviert und Sie wären die ersten Gäste, die darin übernachten! My family of 5 and our friends who are also a family of 5 stayed here for a weekend. The house was more than we needed, well maintained, and in a great location for beach and boardwalk access.
The bathrooms and kitchens were clean and look to be recently remodeled. The house is an older house but is in great shape. The renter was very easy to deal with and overall it was a great weekend.
Would definitely rent this home again!!

We stayed here for a long weekend. This house is ideal if you have more than 1 family and want everyone to have some space to spread out. The house was very clean and the Location is the best for going to beach / boardwalk. Loved the 2 decks as well!

We loved staying here. Check-in was easy and the place was clean when we arrived. You really can’t beat the location. Perfect for multigenerational get togethers. The only downside was that it could be loud downstairs from the people upstairs, but that wasn’t much of an issue for us. I would stay here again!

Friends and family came together for a beach wedding at Flanders. Only 2 blocks away. All had a great time. The house was very spacious.

We had a four generational family reunion for a week. The house was perfect for our purposes; everyone a a place for quiet retreat and we enjoyed the space that this rental home provided. It was close to the beach (less than a 5 minute walk). The outdoor shower was nice and it was great to have some outdoor lines to hang our towels on. Everything was exactly as advertised and we appreciated that there were no unpleasant surprises. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as listed. Full of amenities. ( beach chairs, toys, kites, stocked kitchen, etc) The first floor easily accommodated my family of 11 for family dinner. Very close to Boardwalk and shopping. 5 Stars!

16 of us (8 adult, 8 kids 0-11) stayed here for a week and had a ball! Plenty of room for being together and resting apart. Everything we needed across the kitchens to cook and eat at home. Loved hanging out on the porches. SO close to beach/boardwalk. Rent this place and you won't be sorry!

The house was well-stocked with dishes, comfortable furniture, beach chairs and umbrellas, and other basic necessities. The very convenient outside shower and short walk to the beach are fantastic. We enjoyed a lot of time catching up with family on the porch and in the first floor living/dining areas, but also appreciated the upstairs spaces to spread out. We very much enjoyed our stay in this house.

Very nice house with plenty of room. House was very clean and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Decks are very nice and within close walking distance to boardwalk and beach. Lots of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas available. We all had a very nice time! Thank you so much!

This is a great rental. It has 3 floors, each with its own kitchen and bath as well as several beds. Our group of mixed ages loved it, and were exremely happy to be so close to the boardwalk. and to Asbury. Everything was within walking distance.The house was very well equipped, and very clean and well-furnished. It comes with 4-5 private parking places, and each floor has its own TV. The first and second floors have large, nicely furnished decks. Air conditioning is excellent.

Great location in Ocean City, situated with the beach/boardwalk on one side and tons of shopping on the other side. The house had some really great features: the outdoor shower, lovely outside space on the two decks, parking for 4-5 cars was awesome; we really liked how it was basically 3 separate apartments for our three families, so we all had our own space but could be together very easily. The host also provides tons of sand toys, chairs, and other helpful things to enjoy your vacation. Highly recommend this house!

We booked this house for a bachelorette weekend. We had a great time at this house; and didn’t have a hard time with anything. It was very clean and nice. It was a block away from the boardwalk which was very convenient.

We had a wonderful time at this property for our family Thanksgiving gathering. The house was very clean, beds comfortable, and the location was great, so close to the boardwalk and Asbury Ave! We enjoyed having separate spaces so we could get away when we needed to - my husband worked from "home" on Friday so he had quiet space to work from. We love Ocean City and this house filled our needs perfectly - the first floor was spacious enough for 10 of us to enjoy celebrating the holiday together. We love bringing our fur kids, thanks for allowing them as well!

The house worked out well for our family vacation which included 5 young children. The location was perfect and close to everything. The house was big enough so each family had their own space. Would recommend.

House could no way accommodate 20 people. Thank goodness. 6 cancelled lea ving 8 of us. More would have been uncomfortable. VERY MISLEADING!!

We always enjoy our stay. It is 2 blocks from the beach, and very nice for multiple families. Keyless entry available, we never even used keys the whole vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. This is an older property but the location is perfect, albeit a busy location because you’re so close to the beach and boardwalk. The new kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve stayed in. The property could use some upgrades to the furnishings, but it was adequate.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is excellent and the house was spacious and accommodating. We especially loved spending time on the porch and upper deck.
Our only critiques/advice are the following:
- the house wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Sand in the 2nd floor shower, footprints on the bathmat, dirty dishes in dishwasher, the table and carpets on the 2nd floor deck were dirty. It looked like the inside carpets were dirty, but they may just be really dingy from age.
- I would change the listing from “trundle that turns into a king” to just - twin + pull out trundle, because the trundle bed is on wheels and rolls away.
- A later checkout (maybe just an hour) would be extremely helpful.

This week was a time for Grandparents to spend with our children and grandchildren. The weather was mixed with sun and rain. The ocean temperature was wonderful. The boardwalk in OC is very nice Thus property is in an excellent location. It is an older building than many in the area but is in excellent condition. Our family may not be all together like this for several years as some live very far away. We had a good time.
