The property is perfectly located minutes away from the strip. The swimming pool was excellent to have during the summer time we were there. I do agree with some other comments that the property needs some TLC, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

I think there is a room of improvement. Check in can be done better. A/C temp to be lowered prior to guests arrival. Other than that Natalie was great, and I will stay there again next time I am in Vegas.

The property manager will not give you the access until you are standing at the front door (makes for some concern traveling for hours hoping you actually have a place to stay) if you are going to only sleep and stay in the pool it is the place for you otherwise not very accommodating to indoor seating. The main living area has had part of the couch removed from the photos and the TV didn’t work. The manager told me she could get the cable company on the phone if I wanted to talk to them (not what anyone on vacation wants to do) all of the back pillows for the 2 couch by the pool table are gone so not real comfortable. You have to take the grill half apart to lite it. If you want use the hot tub you have to be at the property turn some valves call the property manager to turn to on. Wait 30 mins for it to warm up then when you are done you have contact them again and turn the valves back. The outdoor furniture it’s exactly correct in the pictures as well. The chairs around the table have the wrong cheaper cushions on them so they aren’t very comfortable. The side of the house and part of the garage is the bone yard of things that have been broken and not replaced. I think some of the money being made needs to be put back into a few items in the house. The stairs have had fake hardware floor put on them incorrectly and trimmed the edge with the incorrect material making it a little difficult to get up and down the stairs without shoes on. Hard to believe it had a 9.2

Large house was great - pool table, air hockey and ping pong table next to kitchen was great for teens and older. Kitchen had all the necessary tools for cooking. We paid extra to have the pool heated and pool was very clean. Host communicated well during our stay. Quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from the strip - would stay here again.
We definitely recommend going to Valley of the Fire State Park if you stay in Vegas.

May work for some people, but absolutely did not work for us. Check-in was rocky, beds uncomfortable, noisy throughout the night (close to two major roads and constant flights overhead with single pane windows and what seems like zero insulation), and the pool/hot tub situation is a bit of a hassle. We ended up leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights) and finding something that worked better for us.

We had a great stay at this property and I would absolutely recommend if you have a midsize group, (7 in our group). We were unable to use the pool due to the time of year but we're able to use the hot tub, which was much appreciated after a long day of walking the strip. The property is very clean, the communication with the manager/owner was perfect. We had a great time and it was great to come home to a great property!

This place is not as described. Rented it based on review but our first day there started off badly. Check in was delayed because cleaning wasn’t done, which was fine cuz we wanted the place cleaned. Shortly after our arrival & preparing for dinner, we discovered the dishes in the cupboard were all wet and dishwasher was filled with dirty water. Thus to be safe, we hand washed all the dishes & utensils & cookwares before using them. Called the owner who did send someone to fix it the next day but it was not repairable. Thus we had to hand wash dishes the entire stay. We also informed owner of loose wooden flooring (tripping hazard) & ice jam in the freezer which leaked water to the floor. Only the flooring was fixed. Air filter appeared to be fairly dirty & need to be changed . Caused my kid & husband to sneeze every time they are in the house. Owner said she will compensate us for the troubles but never received anything or heard from her despite follow up after our departure.

We stayed at this home for a family holiday trip. Furniture and mattresses were not extremely comfortable but serviceable, and the layout of the house was nice. Needs a few extra things like placemats for the kitchen table, new water filter for the refrigerator, and non-stick utensils for the kitchen, but they're little things. Love the owner, who was extremely responsive and kind. Would probably stay again, and liked that the property was only about 15-20 minutes from the Strip.

Thank you very much Natalie for a wonderful stay at you home . My husband, our 5 year rented Natalie's beautiful home for 10 days. It was perfectly located to downtown Las Vegas and 15 minutes from the airport.
Another reason why we chose this property was because of the pool, which we used every day. Any problems we had , Natalie was very quick to respond.

So good location in what we perceived as a very safe area. It is a nice neighborhood with restaurants and stores closely located.
The home was clean and roomy with 4 br- and its always good to have a pool and cook out area.
We could drive to the strip in 15 minutes or so (I drive slow!) or Uber down.
Natalie was "Johnny on the spot" with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again- thanks for a relaxing home!

The house hasn't been kept up. Broken tile around the pool and other issues. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of this home when we entered. Comforters and towels were VERY OLD and in need of being replaced. Outdoor furniture was torn and falling apart. The homeowner did respond to my complaints and had the cleaning lady return the next day while we were out. They cleaned again and purchased towels, cushions for the patio table, and a few comforters for us which made the remainder of the stay better. I was not happy to learn she had people leaving the house the same day we arrived as the terms stated 1-day vacancy between guests. I did get a refund for the arrival day but still not happy our family entered a home without thorough cleaning and putting us at risk of COVID.

We celebrated my parent 60th wedding anniversary this month. This home was very comfortable for the 6 of us.. We use the pool table and the outside bbq. This home was well equipment for meals along with the # of bedrooms and bathroom.
Such a better option than hotels rooms when staying for days at a time.
Definitely, will consider this home again.

Very nice home, we enjoyed it very much. The only negative, there is no bedroom downstairs so everyone must be able to do 12 stairs to get to the bedrooms. There is no recliner to use for that purpose.

Words cannot begin to describe how beautiful this home is. The home is clean and spacious for our family of eight. We spent so much time here enjoying the pool, pool table and kitchen that we barely spent time on the Las Vegas strip. The house was well stocked with bath towels, hand soaps and dish soap, dishes/pots and pans. The beds were extremely comfortable; I almost wanted to take it home with me. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We loved this place so much, we will be back. Thank you Natalie for sharing your home with us.

Its really well looked after and maintained with a superb pool and outside area which the children loved. Natalie was easy to contact if we wanted any advice with the house and the neighbours were very helpful and friendly

We loved, loved, loved Natalie's large & beautiful home.
So much so, I wish I could buy it!! ;-) We spent the majority of the time in the backyard playing cards, swimming and having a bbq. Thank you again for sharing your home with us, we had a relaxing & wonderful time. I wish we could have spent more time there, but definitely look forward to renting it again in the future. Please thank Ivan, for his help & hospitality with the propane tank. And thank you for being such a gracious hostess throughout the whole rental experience.

This is a well-cared-for, spacious house in a neighborhood that is close to Red Rocks, where we spent five days. We had 8 people (friends & family) and all enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet, we actually didn't see anyone else though we heard some cars. The backyard and pool are the high points of the house, as well as its cleanliness. Lots of sun in the backyard but there is shade too. Great for families. Natalie is easy to contact. She clearly cares about her home and takes care that everything is in working order. We would happily return, and probably will. It is a great value.
