We had a lot of fun with the whole family, my mother, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren❤️❤️

The highlights of this property was the location close to Shawnee! The large Dining Room was awesome for dinners and game night! LOVE a fireplace in doors, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! The babbling brook outside was a favorite of everyone!! Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our 7th annual Friendsgiving tradition! We had 13 people in attendance and the house perfectly suited our needs. The long table with 18+ seating capacity was a huge selling point! We had a great time and were able to utilize the outdoor fire pit area as well. Great stay and would come back again!

This property had everything we needed for a great Friendsgiving. Well equipped kitchen for the chef’s in our group! Dining area large and roomy for a large group to have a feast. Beautiful scenery, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms to fit each family.

So I will start with saying this place was spotless, the man in charge was absolutely phenomenal when getting back to me to add people onto the list for the community. It was way bigger and stunning in person, all my wedding guests were in love! We had an amazing weekend here and I would recommend this property 100% to anyone looking to host a small wedding in the woods! This was a wonderful house to fit our 19 family members. We had a great time! Wish the kitchen had some Tupperware for food storage and at least one baking dish. Pro tips - bring extra TP -bring plastic wrap or tin foil and food storage containers -bring camping chairs to move around property as needed

What a fabulous house for a family gathering! Eleven of us spent a week here and it was glorious! The kids waded in the creek, exploring its crevices and skipping stones. We had a s’mores party around the fire pit one beautiful evening. The young kids (ages 5-10) claimed the basement for themselves to play pool, ping-pong, and video games. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment; we ate in every meal for a week except for dinner one night at a remarkable local restaurant, Sue’s Thai Cuisine & Noodle Bar. Wonderful amenities are available within the community, including three pools and pond with a beach. There are a number of good attractions in the area for kids. The property owner was easy to reach and quite helpful. It could not have been a better week!

While the house was beautiful it lacked cleanliness. Not sure if perhaps the cleaning company is just not doing their job properly but the bathrooms were dirty. As in one of the shower heads, well the water wasn’t coming out, we cleaned it with some vinegar and it was fine. Finger prints all over the glass doors and the bed sheets did not smell washed. The beds are very uncomfortable, four of us chose to sleep on the sofas rather than the bedrooms. The pull out sofa was broken which I did inform the owner. The other issue we had was the refrigerator was not cooling or making ice. We ended up buying lots of ice to keep our food cool. I did mention this to the owner to which he replied, “check if ice is stuck” which it wasn’t. And then he said “give it some time”. Well a day passed and still the same issue. We plugged a toaster in and a griddle plate and the fuse went in the kitchen. They do have a coffee machine but it’s pretty outdated. Would’ve definitely preferred a nice keurig. The pool is nice but you need to drive to it. It’s not within walking distance. And once the sun goes down you can’t go on the patio or you’ll be attacked by an enormous amount of bugs. The grill is old and needs to be updated as well. It was only cooking towards the front of the grill. Kitchen was well stocked with many needed items, but the tea pot is rusted in the inside so don’t use it. It’s a beautiful home, but would definitely benefit from many updates.

Our family had a wonderful trip and this house fit us comfortably, which is usually hard to find for a family our size! We loved the location and we are already talking about booking again next year!

The house was gorgeous and a great location. The bedrooms slept 18 people comfortably and the main floor was a great central entertainment area for the group. The stream and the fire pit outback were a personal favorite. Highly recommended spot

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our large group. Eugene was super responsive.

We all really enjoyed the time at the house. The large open areas and the massive table was great for our group and all the kids. Great amenities in the community. Unfortunately there was a burn ban so we could not use the fire pit but still very peaceful next to the stream

My sons loved this property. It was for my oldest's bachelor party. There was plenty of room for thirteen people and plenty of activities close by! The property was clean and there was plenty to do in the house as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house as listed for our large group of friends. Had everything we needed, great location and beautiful background with the creek and woods. Easy communication and check in and out process

We were a group of 18 and there was plenty of room for us here. Kids enjoyed the ping pong and pool table. Fire pit probably better during the day because it’s very dark. Could use some better outside lighting. Owner was very responsive with a couple of issues we had. All in all a great place for our group and would recommend.

Such an amazing experience, the places was beyond. I can’t wait to come back again. Eugene was the best. Thank you so much, we will be back

My family and I had a great time during the holiday weekend, Eugene was helpful and extremely responsive. The property was clean, spacious, and appeared as displayed in the photos and description.

First and foremost, I must say without a doubt, that this property is the best that i’ve ever stayed in,love the location, Eugene(host) made everything so easy and simple to gain entrance at the front gate, and i randomly txt him and add names and he had no issues, the house have six spacious bedrooms,which was more than enough to accommodate our family, the kids loved that they had there own private space,away from the adults just of the playroom/entertaining room,the master bedroom was awesome, the sauna, the tub was awesome, i must say one of my favorite is the size of the dinning room, we were able to fit all 13 of us perfectly, i loved that, the kitchen was well stocked, well Eugene almost you need an Iron pot and cookie baking pans 😂the sizes of pots and bowls great, forks, spoons, knifes all were readable available, expresso machine,toaster machine a plus, the heat was at right temperature at all time we were all warm and comfy,my Grandkids was able to experience the outside fire pit and did s’mores for the first time thank you ❤️ I would recommend this property to each and everyone, small and large group, the only regret i have is not being able to stay longer…. We gathered with a large group of friends at this home. The property has many bedrooms, well outfitted with queen beds and bunk beds which worked great for several families at once. We enjoyed hiking the Falls area and fires in fireplace in the evenings.

Great location with everything you need are all nearby. The house was in excellent shapes with all ammonites in place.

Although there were some problems with the appliances, (ice maker in fridge not working consistently, range sometimes didn’t heat for cooking, no air conditioning in several rooms )the overall experience was very good. Rooms were large and comfortable (not the temperature in some) there were adequate bathrooms for a large group like ours and the host was very hospitable.

This is a nice property for large gatherings--Lots of space for dining, gathering and sleeping. It could use some low voltage lighting to allow for safe access to and from the firepit - and the stone stairway is somewhat slippery. Otherwise, it was a very accommodating spot for our family reunion. Eugene, the owner, was also very accommodating to work with.

Check in was easy. Any issues were answered quickly by owner. Check out was just as easy.

The location was beautiful. It was nice to have the fire pit with the stream view and secluded area. The amenities of the community were good, our children enjoyed the main lake. The home is nice, but it could use an upgrade or even an inside paint job would be an improvement. We had electrical outlets pop off in the kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen was a quick fix with locating the breakers and resetting it, but the one outlet in the bedroom never came back on. The water pressure in the master bathroom was much less than adequate. The tub took over an hour to fill and the shower barely rinsed shampoo out of my hair. Although we did not see any spiders inside, there were many spider webs throughout the house.
